Dunkin' - Carte

Stopped to get a green tea with liquid sugar and it sucked. Girl could of been more friendly. Won't be back.

I recommend heading to the Starbucks across the street instead; it's not worth your time coming here, as they often mess up orders.

Stood inside waiting to order for almost 10 min. Left empty handed. Very disappointing that I couldn't get my donuts. They just ignore you. Guess you need to go thru the drive thru to get service.

I can't go a day without my Dunkin'. My wife and I usually stop by for our iced coffee every afternoon after 2 PM. And I always have to remember to get a donut for my grandson—it's his favorite part of the day as well!

The owner is fantastic, but the staff could use a bit more friendliness. The girl with short hair was quite rude and shut the window on me while I was speaking, which was really disappointing. If you dislike your job that much, perhaps you should consider looking for a position elsewhere. It genuinely impacts the customer experience. EWWWW! I don't like to complain but I came here and ordered an iced chai with oat milk. I took a sip and gagged, It tasted like iced cough syrup and I couldn't drink it. I politely asked if I could try something different and they told me no. I then asked them to just throw it in the garbage. I hate that I wasted money and couldn't be accommodated but lesson learned. I will be going to Starbucks moving forward.

Save yourself the frustration and head to the Dunkin' in Minooka instead. The owner of this franchise is incredibly difficult to deal with, and her staff answers the phone as if they're irritated by your call. When I found out that an item I ordered through the app was unavailable, they told me I had to call to get a refund, but they didn’t provide me with a phone number or any help in retrieving my money. Later, when I spoke to another Dunkin', I learned they could have processed the refund since it was in their system. Their customer service is lacking, they don't seem to understand how to run a business, and it's truly a waste of your time and energy.

Years ago, I stopped going to this restaurant after discovering some issues with their coffee preparation. However, my husband continued to go there because of its convenience. Recently, he announced that he would never return! He surprised me with a blueberry muffin and an iced coffee, but the muffin was not only significantly smaller than before, it was also raw and soggy on the bottom—it looked completely undercooked. When I called to complain, a staff member apologized and explained that the oven wasn't at the correct temperature, offering to replace the muffin.
