The food was excellent! The flavors were perfectly combined and I especially enjoyed the live piano music.

Stumbled on this gem of a place. Loved meeting the Chef Dexter and enjoyed the Chef’s island basket he did for us. Being Filipino we were all impressed as all items were delicious with authentic flavor. We will definitely be back whenever we visit our family in Carmel.

The dining experience at Edwin's was a delightful explosion of flavors. The menu offered a fantastic combination of dishes inspired by southeast Asian cuisine. The service was exceptional, with all the staff being incredibly friendly, especially Dexter. He truly enhanced our visit and made it a fantastic one.

Really wanted to love this place. Am Indonesian myself and have lots of Pilipino friends so I was curious about this fusion of food. Also, it is something different in Carmel (we also love our French and Italian foods but Carmel already has loads of those). The vibe was great, but unfortunately the food was super underwhelming. I ordered the Balinese fried chicken, specifically because it came with Nasi Goreng. But mine came with garlic fried rice. we ordered the pork bell, grilled cheese, l bowl chowder and turon. it was the best pork bell I ever tried perfect meat and fat ratio. I still dream about it. the owner dexter was super hospitable and up to earth. our waiter was also very attentive to this precious stone found during a visit and tries to find any place that is open late on Friday for dinner. when we heard live music, we crashed through the window, and the man waved us in him was so friendly, and all the natives who were laid after us would run up to give him a hug or a handshake. during the night he spoke with all diners or helped to treat cash payments or to cool with the staff to watch the game. they can say that he was a...
