Egg Roll Express - Carte

Best egg roll in town. Like the name implies they have very good egg rolls. Rest of it is run of the mill chinese, but its still all very good, and on the cheap side.

Hey...they deliver!. I tried Egg Roll Express a while back and I thought the food was very good. It is not the best Chinese food in Tyler but it is far from the worst. The portions are huge and the pices are reasonable. Best part they deliver. They are now the only Chinese restaurant to deliver....you just have to order a minimum of $15 worth of food. Highly recommend their General Tso's Chicken and their egg drop soup. It's basic stuff but it's very good.

Ok place for Chinese. Been only once, its not bad, but not the Greatest. Its reasonably priced, everything is Fresh, cooked on the spot. The Old guy is funny, friendly, which is not the norm for older asian folks cause they are quiet. <br/ He thought I was Asian, which I'm not, that was funny. The limited menu simplifies the decision-making process, and I opted for the Beef and Broccoli. It was served quickly, steaming hot, and tasted as good as any Chinese dish I've had at a buffet. The entire meal cost around $8, and I could have saved a buck or two if I hadn’t added a soft drink. I would definitely go back. It may not be the best Chinese food in town (I’m still on the hunt for that), but for those working downtown who want to avoid the lunch rush, this place is a solid option.

These are the kindest Chinese people! My fiancé ordered from them once, and even though we arrived just before closing time, they remembered him, his name, and what he had ordered on his first visit. It’s amusing because my fiancé isn’t even from this area! They do offer delivery, but we prefer to stop by in person to place our order and chat with them. The food is excellent, and we've never encountered any issues. It's just a charming little hole-in-the-wall restaurant with great food and genuine character.
