This is the first time I've been let down by an order. I ordered a cake for my husband's birthday with cherry vanilla and cookies and cream flavors. Unfortunately, the cake hardly had any cherries in it, and it just tasted like plain vanilla. Voir le carte

While the ice cream was enjoyable and the staff were friendly, I found the prices to be quite high. A basic single scoop starts at around $6, and sundaes can exceed $10. A suggestion for the staff: please note that "no sugar added" does not mean "sugar free."

I absolutely love Eggers, especially the ice cream cakes! I get one for almost every birthday, and everyone always asks where I got it. I ordered one last week for my child's birthday, and there wasn't a single slice left! Eggers will always be my top choice for ice cream cakes!

I have been going to eggers since I was a kid. I am not even a huge ice cream fan but eggers is my favorite. I love the banana ice cream. I ordered a quart which was $12.49 when I got home it wasn?t even full. It was maybe a little more than 1/2. Very disappointing for the price. I live in NJ so going back that day wasn?t an option : I am equally disappointed that they charged me $6 for a side of whipped cream. Voir le carte

The reason for 1 star. 1 star because the cream is decent but 4 lost starts for the way the owner and Managers treat their employees. Hiring teenagers who are looking for extra cash and not fairly following the laws of labor. And when you call out Managers for taking advantage of the staff they are known for making it a hostile environment or even fired for standing up for yourself. Do right by your staff Eggers Management Team a lot of them are not exactly the happiest.

Went there today and ordered 4 orders. Spent a total of about $55. Get home to find barely any ice cream in the waffle bowls and a waffle bowl not even full or intact. I also ordered chocolate fudge as a topping to one of my other orders and it was never added. I?m never going here again. The staff is also rude. I was standing there waiting to order for a while and when someone finally came to the cash register, she took the order of another customer that came after to me. I also overheard the customer ask the cashier if he could change his flavor and the cashier said ?I already put it in the system? I?m sorry what?!?!? This is the first time I have ever been here with a bunch of people and this place is pretty fancy. It's got that old fashioned 1960s feel to it. It makes sense because it became a business since 1964 on Forest avenue in Staten Island. Then in the next year, Egger's added three more locations 1. Historic Richmond Town 2.Urby 3. Snug harbor. They also have a website explaining the history of Egger's. They don't only sell ice cream. They have candy too. The owner of that store told us the history of this place and how it came to be.
