Easily one of the best places to eat in Kitsap County. I 've not had a single thing on the menu that wasn 't at least 'good ', if not fantastic. I 've actually dreamt about the pupusas and pastelitos, no joke.

I've been visiting El Balcón since they first set up on the sidewalk under a canopy with just a table and a propane grill about five years ago. You guys are amazing and serve the best street tacos and pupusas! They are a wonderful family too! Voir le carte

Fantastic service and delicious food from a small place that offers BIG flavors. I absolutely loved Combo #4; it was my first time trying a patelito and a pupusa, and they were both amazing! Five stars doesn't do it justice—they really hit it out of the park!

As a person of Salvadoran descent I have my horchata and pupusa cravings. But I'm from Florida and my family is nowhere near.......where do I go???? Well, luckily I found this lovely place for my fix. I must say the horchata was delicious and the pupusas was a taste of heaven. I will be coming back to this place again.
