The food at this restaurant is excellent. I asked the waiter to recommend something and they brought out a dish that was amazing. The service was great and everyone was friendly. If you have the chance to eat here, you won't regret it.

In a town with limited sit down dining options, El Dos is a breath of fresh air. The food is delicious, comes out quickly, and is very lean (not too greasy). The portions are generous and the environment is welcoming. If you're passing through on I 70 and need a place to eat and rest this is the best restaurant in a 40 mile radius! I am extremely unhappy with the staff at this restaurant. It is unfortunate to say that they show discrimination based on appearance and race. The staff is judgmental towards customers. We are a group of hardworking individuals traveling across the country, and all we wanted was a good meal and a friendly encounter. However, when we went to El Dos de Oros in our work attire, we were treated differently than other customers. It is disgraceful to admit that this is a place we do not plan on returning to.

UPDATE: The salsa is not spicy but tastes fresh, and we are excited to start our meal with it and chips. We also enjoy the chicken fajita and regular taco salads. The chicken is delicious, but be sure to chew carefully - I have encountered bone slivers twice. There was once a cucaracha in the salad, which was off-putting, but not enough to deter us from returning. For vegetarians, there are plenty of vegetable options with a good variety. Parking is ample, but we have noticed potholes in the parking lot that have been present for over a year, which can be dangerous especially at night.
