"I discovered this wonderful restaurant through Google, and I'm so glad I did! The steak and eggs were cooked to perfection and seasoned just right, prompting me to share this enthusiastic review. While the exterior may look like an ordinary strip mall, stepping inside reveals beautiful decor and music that create a cozy, rustic ambiance. The staff was friendly and efficient, and they serve real butter, which is a must for me. My meal arrived quickly and was exactly what I ordered. They even offer a little extra spice on the side for those who are feeling adventurous, which added some great flavor. I didn't sample anything from the bar this time since I had to catch a flight, but they have a full selection available. If I'm ever back in Ft. Myers, I know exactly where I'll be dining!"

If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. The service was outstanding, and the food was phenomenal. I've been here twice, and both experiences were fantastic. The dinner portions are generous—you'll likely have leftovers to take home. I will definitely be coming back!

At first glance, this restaurant may appear small from the outside, but don’t be deceived—there’s ample seating inside, and the decor creates a delightful ambiance. The staff were both friendly and professional, and the establishment was impeccably clean. Here are some photos that showcase our culinary experience!

The atmosphere of the restaurant is enjoyable and welcoming, with attentive staff and quick service. The food is equally impressive; although we had heard it might be pricey, we found the prices reasonable given the quality and generous portion sizes. Chicken, which can often be bland at other places, is flavorful here, along with the other meats. It’s a great choice for both lunch and dinner.

The website is welcoming and user-friendly, featuring excellent service and prompt attention. The food certainly lives up to the restaurant's reputation. Although we had anticipated it being pricey, we find it reasonable considering the quality of the dishes and the generous portion sizes. Chicken, often bland at many places, is exceptionally flavorful here, making it a fantastic choice for both lunch and dinner. Voir le carte

Without a doubt, this is the best Peruvian food in Fort Myers. I've been on the hunt for quality Peruvian cuisine and have tried most of the places recommended by Google in the area, only to be let down by either unfriendly staff or spoiled seafood. El Gaucho, however, offers delicious food and a welcoming staff. The only drawback of their popularity is that they tend to be understaffed, which sometimes results in longer wait times for food, but it's not excessive.

The service here was excellent—very attentive and prompt. The food arrived quickly, perhaps a little too quickly, but I was hungry, so it was fine. The portions were quite large. We ordered the Lomo Saltado, the chef's special ceviche pescado with jalapeño sauce, tallarines verdes with chicken, and a plate of chicken chaufa. Everything was delicious, and the ceviche was outstanding. I've visited both Gaucho locations, and they consistently serve great Peruvian food. We'll definitely be back!

The food here is AMAZING and true to Peruvian culture! The service is a bit slow, but they have a sign indicating they are short-staffed, and the staff is so friendly and helpful that it's hard to complain—it’s not their fault. I was blown away by how delicious the dishes were, and the portion sizes were definitely generous. They also serve complimentary bread with a dip that I can't quite name, but it impressed me with its great taste. My friend's mother lives in the area and recommended this place as we were passing by, and it definitely exceeded our expectations! Voir le carte

Today was my wife's birthday, and she was really looking forward to trying out this restaurant. It’s another hidden gem in Fort Myers! They offer authentic Peruvian and Argentine cuisine, and the portions are generous and delicious. This was my first experience with South American dishes, and I was pleasantly surprised by the rich flavors. From the outside, it appears to be a small venue, but don’t let that fool you—there’s ample seating for everyone, and the décor adds to the charm of the place. The staff was friendly and professional, and the restaurant was very clean. Here are some pictures from our dining experience.

The exterior may look like any typical strip mall, but once you step inside, the decor and music create a cozy, rustic atmosphere. The staff were friendly and efficient, and I appreciated that they used real butter. My food arrived quickly and was just as I ordered. They also offer a little extra spice on the side for those who want to try something different, and it was quite tasty! Although I didn't visit the bar since I was preparing for my flight, it looked well-stocked. When I return to Ft. Myers, this is definitely the place I’ll...

"The shrimp egg roll was large and crispy, with a cooked cabbage filling instead of raw, and the shrimp were noticeably big and flavorful. I was truly impressed! I could easily make a meal out of just the egg rolls. The Kyoto sushi roll was fresh, which is a must for sushi—I'd definitely order it again. The crab Rangoon was also good and fresh. Everything was so delicious that I ended up ordering extra shrimp egg rolls and crab Rangoon for the kids back home. The portion sizes and quality made it well worth the price, and I spent just over $40, including the second round of appetizers. I made sure to tip the waitress for her excellent service. We returned just a week later, as we were all raving about the shrimp egg rolls. This time, we opted for takeout. I ordered a bento box with fried rice, shrimp, a shrimp egg roll, and miso soup ($14.95). My aunt got a bento box too, which included extra crab Rangoon and shrimp egg rolls. The food was neatly packaged and organized by order—very impressive! Everything was hot and tasted great, with enough food in each bento box to satisfy two people. The vegetables and rice were fresh, and the miso soup helped me feel better since I was a bit under the weather. Overall, it's a solid 5 out of 5 for me. The location is convenient, the outdoor area is clean, and the interior, while small, is tidy and has a pleasant aroma. The decor is nice, and the service was excellent on both visits. I highly recommend checking them out—you won’t be disappointed!"
