Had the Chipotle Chicken Avacodo Burrito and the Chicken Nachos both were fresh and delicious...employees were professional and restaurant was clean ....will definitely be returning soon

Their hours of operations doesn't match the Google Map hours. But even that, they still close before 10-15 min before the hours on the window. You can drive for some time without knowing if you will find them open.

Go down. We used to get dinner once a month. Nowhere as good as before. Order 16 St. meal. I came home and it was a 12 piece. The claw was pampered with acetone. And where do they get those little chickens? You'd rather buy some redsserie chickens from Safeway. Voir le carte

I go here whenever my family wants to eat unhealthy. This time I got one of their salads and it was all big chunks if iceberg. I don't care for that. I'm pretty sure I've gotten that keto salad before and it was different. I'll stick to my usual next time.Like ordering ahead on the app

Terrible. I don't understand how this place has such a high rating. I ordered some food here a while ago and got two sorry pieces of chicken that were cold and dry. Some instaflake mashes potatoes marketed as real mashed potatoes and the gravy wasalso canned. Just disgusting. Churchs makes a better chicken meal and they are also terrible.

The 2 STARS are a UPGRADE. It was a good thing of time and money. I was very excited about some tacos, and that was a total setback. I've never been here, so I asked what was good. There were enormous sounds in the kitchen. - That's a mistake. I ordered 2 chicken tacos (on soft Tacos sm rice chips / Guac salsa. (And I also received 8 EXTRA SOFT TORTILLAS??! And no utensils. The employees at this location are just plain AWSOME. They listen and are very helpful they really go out of their way to help and take excellent care of the customers. I haven't had any problems with any of my orders, unlike other chicken restaurants that mess up the orders almost every time. And the food is also awesome, unlike the fried chicken (heartburn and greasy messy coating) stores. The chicken is even good several days later with no stail smell or taste. I would select more stars but there's only five.

Food was great. However, was there with a child that went to use the restroom when my spidey senses started tingling. Got up to check the restroom to find they are no longer marked Male or Female one is marked Designated for Customers Only , the other is marked Designated for Employees Only . I would have no problem with this if they were single stall bathrooms, but it is a two stall restroom. To use the restroom, EVERYONE has to undress themselves to some extent. SO VERY NOT OKAY to send my kiddo into a small enclosed space to undress to use the restroom and have them two feet away from a stranger.

I have enjoyed El Pollo Loco for decades, long before it expanded outside of SoCal because of the delicious flame grilled chicken it has. Fortunately the chicken has remained delicious, but their menu has expanded considerably to include so many other things. Since this is the nearest location to me, I try to eat here as frequently as possible for the healthy and delicious food. My only qualm with this location has been the challenges of ordering since the location is not the best with regards to their drive thru (which can fill up quickly) and that they are not always open during their posted business hours.
