"So good place to eat. Weekday assessment by the way. I can't tell you about the weekends or some kind of premier. Greetings and sitting almost immediately... That's a plus. The server Summer was very attentive with fast action for a beverage order I had a sweet iced tea and wife had water with lemon. Doree(aka Wifey) ordered the Southwest Salad. And I ordered the Fish Chips. The food was in 13 to 14 minutes, that was good. Salad looked healthy and the portions for both were right. The fish and chips were hot. The fish was cooked directly They had the choice of tartaric acid or cocktail and even vinegar. Normal goodies with fish and chips. Clean bar and restaurant beautiful decor. We will return the next time we are in the area"

"We our friends were headed to the PBR event at the Tryon Equestrian Center. This was a restaurant on our way there. It was horrible! The hamburger steak was topped with cold can mushrooms, the patty was very small, French fries were cold, the hush puppies were so hard, I could have thrown one shattered a window. Someone ordered the Smokehouse Salad that was topped with chicken. It was not edible. The chicken was rubbery seemed to get bigger as it was being chewed. The service was great the food came out quick, but we were so disappointed in the quality. Food is not cheap, but we felt this place was overpriced. The quality of the food didn't help matters. We did not return any of the food. We were on our way to the rodeo didn't take the time. I thought the waitress may have asked why we didn't eat the food, but she didn't. Maybe she knew what the answer would be. I do regret not asking for a price reduction considering the quality was so bad."

"I had the roasted Italian salad and it was fresh and packed with meat, cheese and veggies! It was delicious and I ate every bite! I also got a tea and the total was less than $10! It's clean and they were very friendly. I'll definitely be back! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"Our family were on a roadtrip and we stopped at bojangles in Landrum to get dinner. We ordered a plain grilled chicken sandwich, 4 chicken tender Meals among a few other things. The first issue was the sandwich came with lettuce and tomato on it after we asked for it to be plain which was an easy fix, but when we started to eat the chicken sandwich once we dismantled it, I realized that the chicken was completely raw on the inside. Thank God we noticed it before it was eaten and before I got sick. Along with the raw chicken sandwich the customer service was awful. The ladies at the window were talking and laughing with each other so loud while we were trying to order our food that it took several minutes of repeating it over and over again to several different people in order for them to finally get it right. . This was by far the worst experience with bojangles that we have ever had, and something needs to be done before a customer gets deathly ill and bojangles gets involved in a law suit."

"Had a really bad experience. Walked in and because we saw counters the minute we entered we assumed it was counter service. No one corrected us nor was there any signage saying you should sit and people would come to your table. We ended up being snapped at from an honest failure to understand the system. Then, still confused, I approached the counter and asked for a to go cup I was told I was cutting in front of patiently waiting customers. At no time did anyone tell was we should do we were just scolded for doing it wrong. I can only assume that most customers are locals who know what to do automatically. The really odd thing is they have signs throughout the restaurant talking about friendship and being nice and yet they weren't nice to us. Food was ok but the whole experience was unhappy."
