"My favorite favorite Mexican restaurant they have the best tea I can't get enough of and as far as for the honest, hard-working family that runs the place you do an excellent job your Mexican food to me being from Texas is almost like home and I went in there once and I wanted to order something small the burrito I ordered was as big as the plate and I had a steak knife sticking in it and it was only $10 so I wasn't expecting much but OMG I can't get enough it's got sour cream. The whole works guacamole everything everything you want and that's something small so you can imagine how good the fajitas for two are OMG I haven't had them in a long time but I sure miss him as soon as I get money saved up I'd love to go there again they're Reasonably priced for every day consumers so that everyone has a chance to enjoy a nice dinner out with the family and enjoy the good food to think that speaks volumes for the family that runs it and put in so much hard work but I think they should sell those Coca-Cola glasses that and that they have they serve the tea and they're so big because they're awesome And everyone would like a chance to be able to buy them so they could have them at their home just a little suggestion and keep that tea coming because it's excellent. I've never had such a good tea in my life fast friendly service, affordable, family, orientated, clean and it's almost like being in Texas for a few minutes almost!. but I'm on a budget now, I miss seeing them and the waiter that always waits on me. He puts a smile on my face every time."

Everything about El Vaquero is inviting. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, and the outdoor seating area had so many gorgeous plants and colorful flowers, it just felt cozy. I had the steak fajitas and the meat was well seasoned, cooked to perfection and not at all fatty, like some steak can be. Oir food came quickly, and it was all hot and delicious. We will absolutely be returning next time we are in town.

The staff were friendly and quick. The food was okay. I’ve had better but definitely not the worst I’ve had. The portion size for fajita was small compared to most restaurants. Chicken was on the dry side. The chips were a little odd tasting. I was not a fan of the set up in the restaurant. It is beautiful and there are lots of pretty flowers but all of the tables and booths are crowded together. A little uncomfortable for a family of four.
