"eating was amazing! but our server joseph w. was not warm and friendly at all. very intimidating and not even a smile! he disappeared for a long time, so we ended up with other servers for different things to disturb. joseph made his job, but the mere minimum. he mixed one of the courts I'm sure it's happening all the time, so I'm not upset about it. but he should've notified me that they were out of the special Thanksgiving dessert before I ordered it! when it was time for dessert, I had to choose an alternative because they “suddenly ran out.” the most annoying thing that night, though, was, as the server said, he would not be able to lay us with the bonus “doggy bag” (listed as part of the meal on the website! because “the rest of the staff are reserved”... but strange how the party get next to us! So I asked this nice server on the table next to us the same question I asked our own server and then she actually went out of her to send us home with this little bonus (that my 7-year-old daughter was so worried to receive! I didn't catch the names of this hearty and generous server from the table next to us, but as I wished that the generous tip we had left had gone to her! I would probably recommend odenton location to others, provided that we are simply unhappy with our server. if they are friendly and careful service is important for them then note them joseph w."

"This place was a huge disappointment. So many good reviews on google also from my friends and family had me excited to try this place. You order at the front and someone brings out your food. I really like the setup. You refill your own drinks and condiments are readily available. The first girl to bring our food out seemed off. I’m not sure if there was a language barrier or if she is a mute but her job was to bring our food to the table and that’s just what she did. My dad is very friendly, he tried to make conversation with her and she walked away. My Dad went to the front to order and spoke with two people. Due to bad communication between those two people my dad’s order was wrong. He tried to tell the server she looked at him like a deer in headlights and he ended up receiving the same incorrect order 10 mins later by another server. I went to the front to tell the manager to cancel it and before I could even open my mouth she made it seem like we were at fault. I wanted to try the pizza but after the encounter with the manager it left such a bad taste in my mouth. With little to no interaction with the employees here I really thought I would have a better service experience. The young lady at the bakery was nice and welcoming. She was the best part of my experience. I ordered Mussels in Wine sauce it was too salty for me even paired with the garlic croutons. When I told the manager her response was “It’s seafood, so it will be salty” I also ordered Calamari which was ok 4/10 at most. I understand everyday is not a good day but this place is not worth me stepping foot into again. The good reviews just don’t add up in my opinion."

"We had made reservations and were seated immediately. Food and drinks were very good...we had the braised short rib and Chesapeake pasta, with the sour cherry old fashioned and apple cider mule. Service was average...we indicated it was my wife's birthday when we made the reservation but the server never mentioned it, even after asking for her ID to check her age. What's the point of asking if it's a special occasion if you don't acknowledge it during the visit? I was also disappointed to see they charge a credit card fee if you don't pay with cash. Overall, it was good and we will probably return."

"To be fair, this is a brunch rating not lunch/dinner). You MUST offer bread at brunch they do offer biscuits), but no bread/toast : Don't get tricked by the Banana Bread French Toast; it's tasty and sweet but its banana bread in French disguise not real bread). Mimosa's were tasty, wait service was not on point and it was not crowded. She did have a LOT of tables all around the room, they could have been short staffed. Weird GPS drive up thought I was ending up in someone's backyard with a BBQ pit and some picnic tables quite the opposite, it is a hidden indoor/outdoor restaurant in the middle of urban housing. I'm betting the ribs, BBQ and lunch would be better but was happy they were on OpenTable for an emergency Mother's Day booking."

"I’ve only been twice but don’t think I’ll be returning. The first time I went there were two people at the counter, although working I was not welcomed in or acknowledged. Waited 5 minutes and someone from the back had to ask if I’d been helped. The food is good and atmosphere is typical cafe which is great for sunny days. The second time I went, I think they were closing due to holiday hours but they were full inside so I proceeded to order a sandwich. The cashier said I’ll be right back and then brought her manager out to say they aren’t serving food?? Really confused on why she had to get the manager as if it was an escalated situation all I did was ask for a sandwich lol. Their customer service will be the reason I stop coming. I recommend togo orders. I’d be interested in trying another location though!"
