It was a rainy morning, which made it feel quite cold outside. The restaurant itself was also chilly, so we decided to leave. However, I’m eager to come back and give it another try.

Famous Anthony's has been a staple around the Roanoke region for years. Food was as expected, the service was great, and the atmosphere was fine, just a bit outdated, which is irrelevant for my dining experience. The chicken tenders were hard as a rock and the French fries were over cooked and the steak was cold inside. They knocked $3.00 off our total bill and we still had to pay $27.33. We will never go back to that restaurant in Vinton again. Poorest food we ever had at aFamous Antony’s. And this was the Vinton location.

I entered the restaurant with low expectations based on the overall appearance. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The nachos were unappetizing, served nearly cold with just a layer of canned chili on top, which barely melted. The Reuben sandwich was lacking, featuring only three thin slices of corned beef and paired with generic frozen French fries that you could find in any grocery store. The atmosphere left much to be desired, offering no effort to create a comfortable environment. While the service was decent and the server was alright, I wouldn't choose to eat here again, even for free!

I do not eat here often but one of my family members eat there everyday for breakfast. So some time I will meet him there. I have not been satisfied at any time but I go there to see my family member. Today I received a cup of orange juice it still had the lip stick imprint on the side of the cup I mean it happens. So I asked for another orange juice and I placed a small piece of the paper from the straw .. inside the cup .. she brought me another class and I began drinking it and I almost choked on the paper .
