"The food at Fat Cat Pizza is always fantastic, and I love their pizza. However, we weren’t offered any refills during our visit, even though we sat for forty minutes after finishing our meal and had to ask for the check ourselves. No one checked if we needed anything. We thought dining in would be easier than ordering out, since takeout can take an hour and a half, but even with several empty tables and a few dirty ones, service was slow. Considering the wait for food and then another forty-five minutes to pay, a refill would have been a welcome gesture. The Fat Cat Pizza menu has great options, but the service could use some improvement."

Best pizza I've ever had! This is the place to go when you're craving a slice. Great atmosphere and friendly staff.

We visit frequently, and the food is always outstanding. Sometimes there’s a slight wait for service, but the staff lets you know right away. It’s a great place for an evening out.

I visited the drive-thru and saw that they were quite busy, which resulted in a longer wait for our pizza. When it finally came, it was decent—not the best I’ve ever had, but definitely not the worst either.

Our child's school gave them a coupon for a free personal pizza as a reward for their excellent performance. However, when we attempted to use it, we were told that the coupon was from last year and had expired, even though there was no expiration date printed on it. The manager was rather unhelpful and unfriendly regarding the situation. Voir le carte

They are currently training new waitstaff, and we were lucky to have a young woman who was exceptionally helpful. It appears that many restaurants have difficulty keeping their servers. I really enjoy live entertainment, and I absolutely loved the performance by the Magestics. The food was excellent, and we had a fantastic evening overall.

The thin crust pizza at this restaurant is fantastic—crispy and topped with high-quality ingredients. The salads are good too, but the real highlight for me has been their wings. They are absolutely amazing! Served plain, just as traditional Buffalo wings should be. The cooking method they employ makes the wings both juicy and unbelievably crispy. You'll end up eating more than you think you will!

We all absolutely adore the delightful flavors at Fat Cat Pizza! My grown sons always request to visit Fat Cat whenever they're back in Lancaster. Other favorites of ours include the deep-fried mushrooms, pickle spears, and the always-fresh salads! Honestly, I can't think of a single item on the menu that isn't good! There's plenty of parking available, the restaurant is clean, and the service is excellent, especially since they open early! By the way, if you haven’t tried her baked lasagna, you’re truly missing out! It's baked to perfection! Voir le carte

In the past, I loved their sweet house sauce, but this time it was far too sweet and overly abundant, making the dish nearly inedible. I had to wait for the pizza to cool so I could remove the cheese and scrape off the excess sauce, along with some previously prepared diced onions that looked a bit stale. I also ordered a small pepperoni pizza, but the pepperoni was hidden beneath the cheese, resulting in a slimy and greasy texture. I expected the pepperoni to be placed on top to crisp up, as is the common preference. Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience.

"The only reason this restaurant, if that’s what they call themselves, gets a star is because they have a decent wine list at a reasonable price. Otherwise, our experience tonight was absolutely miserable. A group of healthcare professionals booked a table to celebrate a milestone achievement for one of the programs at the nearby hospital. We ordered two bottles of quite expensive wine worth about $500. Never mind that they didn’t have our first choice; it happens. Then, after quite a long wait, the appetizers came. I have never seen a bruschetta served as pieces of cheap, mushy bread toast separate from the toppings, which came in a salad bowl. It was pretty much a “make your own bruschetta,” and it tasted disgusting. The olives and cheese plate were tasteless. We shrugged it off and ordered the main entrees. Five of us ordered the same main course. After at least 20 more minutes, the waitress returned to inform us that “unfortunately, the dish we had ordered is not available.” By that time, one of us, who had ordered an appetizer as an entree, left without being served because she got tired of waiting. We were quite shocked by the casual, nonchalant attitude, but as we were very hungry, we went with alternative choices, all of which arrived overcooked. Another waiter bringing the dishes had no idea who was ordering what and just threw the plates on the table. Worst of all, there was zero remorse or apology from the staff or the manager, and of course, the check had arrived in full, including the 18% “big party tip.” I won’t even go into minor details, such as the absolutely horrendous French onion soup, forgetting sugar, water, and wine glasses, etc. I don’t know if this establishment has management (no one came to talk to us), but if so, you should be ashamed of how you treated us tonight. Your staff’s attitude was ridiculous, and they obviously take no pride whatsoever in what they do. We paid in full and left. If any of you guys happen to be at the nearby hospital (God forbid), please do come see us. We will teach you what “taking good care of people” is all about, from A to Z. Shame on you for ruining our evening."
