Since the Rona there are problems with the staff everywhere. They do their best, but not back to Pre-rona standards. Because is always good and consistent.

We frequently eat at Firehouse Subs in Auburn, Alabama, and we also stop by the one in Troy on our way to Enterprise for lunch. As always, the place was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent.

Usually make it a habit to stop here on the way down to the coast. Luckily, the folks making the sandwiches behind the counter informed us that the wait would be 25-30 minutes after we got our placed. The seating was about 1/2 full inside, but hardly noone had their food. We ventured on down the road as did a few other behind us in line. At least they told us up front?.

Came in an hour before closing and the wait for food was about twenty minutes. They are out of tomatoes and lettuce, they would not take cash, they were out of sweet tea and said they were out of sugar and couldn?t make any more. They are fully staffed with six people working but half are just standing while the others work. I am a big fan of firehouse and have never had a bad experience at any other location, but there is always an exception to the rule I guess and this location was it.

A terrible lunch experience. I have a sandwich that took 20 minutes. Not very busy in time, but working from the 6 people seemed to make only 2 any sandwiches (and 1 was in training). Got my sandwich and just went out that the sandwich (damped turkey fully involved) the meat was lukewarm and the bread was cold and dry and super crisp (which I did not expect). He ends up throwing majority away. What a waste of money. I often come through this area, but won? not to visit this firehouse again. Terrible experience and not recommended.

The sandwiches were pretty good but they seemed to have a challenge with the finer details with the kids meals which tends to ruin your meal. We asked for the kids meal not to be toasted or have the meat heated and they did both which also equals melted cheese. When we brought it to their attention they simply took everything off of the toasted bread and put it in un-toasted bread which ultimately made the entire situation worse and we simply ended up throwing the sandwich away and giving her everyone's pickels for lunch. How hard is it to just remake it correctly? Overall, we are just passing through town, heading back to GA, so it is challenging to get a redo with this meal. Maybe next tim... Voir le carte
