Flava House - Carte

Today's food was an improvement! The lamb chops were quite tasty, but the presentation could use some refinement. I understand that food costs are high, but if you're going to charge a premium, the quality of what we receive should match the price.

On the parking front, the situation was no better. There’s a nearby nightclub, so finding a spot was nearly impossible. Many customers were waiting in their cars to pick up their orders since the restaurant was not offering indoor dining due to COVID restrictions.

The food was quite disappointing. I ordered catfish and grilled asparagus, but instead received broccoli. The broccoli was overly watered down with just some basic seasoning on top. The catfish lacked any crunch and was extremely greasy. This place is definitely overhyped! Food rating: 1/5. Voir le carte

When they first opened, they were AMAZING but they declined so fast. They definitely go by people of color hours, so TRY to call before pulling up despite what hours they post to be open because we pulled up an hour before closing while the open sign was on and was turned around because they were closing early…. Yeah.

I ordered the quesadilla, and unfortunately, the chicken had a sour taste. It was lacking onions and cheese, making it quite plain, and the smell and flavor were off. As for the shrimp tacos, they could have been decent if the shrimp wasn't rubbery. Don't be misled by the term "jumbo shrimp"—they're really just medium-sized. Overall, my experience was terrible, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this restaurant. Food rating: 1/5.

Restaurant was dark and Hades hot! We ordered seasoned wings that had zero seasoning. The honey hot wings were just ok nothing to write home to mom about. Buffalo flavor was just bland. When we placed our order we ordered party wings, they informed us they did not have party wings so we ordered whole wings. Once we got the order it was full of party wings, not what we expected. Maybe we caught them on a bad night ,but it was definitely not a place we will revisit any time soon.. Voir le carte

The food was good. Both staff members we encountered was friendly. It was a bit of a wait but the cashier was very friendly and apologized for our wait before being able to order. I appreciated the fact the cooking team wore gloves!!!!! They show you your food prior to you taking it, which i think is a wonderful idea. The only thing i was not happy with was how many fries they gave me..lol. I am a fry lover so it was not very many fries in the container. But overall the food and service was good.

The wait time is excessively long, and they really need to open up for indoor dining. The atmosphere is dark, hot, and quite uninviting. Not offering indoor seating speaks volumes about their customer service and business approach. They claim it's “due to Covid,” but honestly, it feels like an excuse. It seems more like they prefer to avoid paying their staff. It's frustrating that they expect you to wait for your food outside after taking your money. Yet, they still encourage support for Black-owned businesses.

First and foremost, when I entered the restaurant, it felt eerily deserted. There were no lights on, and the temperature inside was uncomfortably hot. I ordered the chicken Alfredo, but it arrived lukewarm, lacked any Alfredo sauce, and was incredibly bland. I went back to request a refund, only to notice a very unprofessional sign on the wall stating that refunds were not allowed. The young lady at the counter called the manager to discuss the situation, and I asked if they could simply remake my meal with proper seasoning, Alfredo sauce, and fresh broccoli. Unfortunately, she firmly stated that this was absolutely not possible and refused to remake my food. Instead, I was only offered some... Voir le carte
