"I went on a Monday afternoon around 3:45 pm with a reservation for 4 pm. Service was very slow and the waitresses seemed inattentive although the restaurant was not busy. My guest and I ordered a spiked lemonade pitcher and buffalo wontons. The second wonton we tried to eat had long piece of hair in it, and it took around 15 minutes for the waitress to even come by again so we could inform her. After she took the full plate of food away from us, she still attempted to charge us for the appetizer we did not eat due and rang our pitcher up as open bar that was upcharged by almost $10. This was not our first poor experience and we will not be returning."

Not the best day for this place. Inattentive staff, undercooked food. The menu is creative but it needs to be delivered well.

they have a series of food for almost every taste and it is always good quality. it's pretty loud when the restaurant is full.

Place was extremely busy, even though I had a reservation they did not have a table, I had to sit at the bar, where the poor bartender was overwhelmed with taking care of the people at the bar and make big drinks for all the tables. Having stated that, the food and drinks were excellent, you can taste the reasons why they were so busy.

First time to Flying Rhino but my guest had been there before and knew exactly what he wanted Confetti salad. He seemed to enjoy his meal. I had a club sandwich and was very good. Sophie, our server, was attentive and nice. I would describe the setting as unsophisticated. Don 't mean that as a negative. We went there as Flying Rhino is a sponsor of Holy Cross athletics and that 's good enough for me!
