Please avoid this restaurant! I had a terrible experience. I requested a sample cup from a staff member named Hannah L, and she was quite rude. Additionally, I was charged incorrectly; the prices displayed on the board did not match what I was charged. I definitely won’t be returning. The service attitude here is lacking.

I went in Frannies to enjoy to some frozen yogurt, having 20 dollars, which should always be enough. I got two cups of frozen yogurt both not even full, and very little toppings. When I go to check out they say it’s 30 DOLLARS! Like, how is that 30 dollars!! A regular cup of frozen yogurt costs 3 to 6 dollars. I want my money back. This is a scam. Voir le carte

I ordered the Nutella waffles, and they were only partially cooked (I wish I could post pictures to show you). The toppings seemed to be just haphazardly thrown on. I know it wasn’t the driver’s fault since the other waffle I ordered was fine, and my frozen yogurt was great as always. However, I can’t justify paying six dollars for a waffle that’s the size of a peanut butter lid. I won't be ordering that again. On the bright side, the frozen yogurt is consistently good!

Wow! Frannie’s Goodie Shop offers exceptional frozen yogurt ! I went in to sample their flavors but was blown away by how delicious their Alpine Vanilla and Strawberry yogurt tasted that I had to return to try their Pistachios and Georgia Peach frozen yogurt too! The salesperson suggested that I had some Fruit Loops to give my latest combination a little extra crunch and I also added some fresh blueberries and raspberries for an added culinary treat! I can only tell you that you should consider taking a ride to Mount Kisco to check out this awesome ice cream shop! They also carry Longford’s Ice Cream too!

This really didn't taste good at all..... wasn't sure if I was going crazy till I tried my kids too and it tasted horrible.... Like frozen burnt yogurt. People act very odd with a fake personality of being happy but it's really creepy and annoying...... what makes it worse is the price is beyond what it should be for frozen yogurt when they said I'm total was over 30$ I was a little shocked..... I totally understand inflation but this is not for me. I'm going back to my old mom and pop yogurt shop they are much nicer and it has a more modern look of a yogurt shop instead of all these crazy colors to the point it hurts your eyes and can't focus on what flavor to get....
