"We love the Wednesday tasting menu, which is addtional to the main menu. The tasting menu is always different each week and always delicious. The sauces Chef Anthony creates are the best and Scott our server is always attentive, pleasant and knowledgeable. The third course of mushrooms in a copper pot with it's delicious sauce had me humming and the Filet Mignon au poivre was the best, absolute perfection. Chef Anthony is amazing!"

"This place was great food, hospitality, and facility were all 5 stars.Food: pork ribs were just right, the moist brisket was succulent, the cornbread was amazing, and the sauces wow! The chicken seemed a little dry at first but I took the leftovers home and it was perfectly moist the 2nd day so I might have just had the only dry bite. They call their lean/flat brisket dry brisket and it was dry, but when drizzled with their espresso sauce I didn 't care, it was absolutely delicious. The bark on both beef and pork was absolutely on point. The sides were decent, but the meat is the star of the show. Only (slight) complaint I had was the lean/dry brisket was sliced diagonally to the grain of the meat instead of across/perpendicular to the grain so I got more than I bargained for on a couple bites.Vibe: the hospitality was exceptional the owner/pitmaster was helping take orders and chatting up the tables, cracking jokes, and made everyone feel right at home. Entire place was immaculate, including the bathrooms. During nice weather there 's tons of outdoor dining, and parking either across the street or behind the restaurant is plentiful.Will definitely come again!"

"Great food and nice atmosphere. But I was dining with 2 others and we were finishing our wine and conversation and the waitress told us we needed to leave. That there were other people waiting and she needed the table. I understand that but there were other booths in closed sections. She could have asked us to move there to finish our wine or seated the other guests there and picked then up. But there was no need to be rude. All the people in my party were longtime servers we would’ve never treated our guests like that while we were serving. Even if you are frustrated that a table is finishing their wine, you should never tell people they need to go! We had tipped our server almost 50% because we knew we had spent a while at the table. It was totally rude and made for a sad end to what was otherwise a great night out."

"Absolute horrible customer service. I order from here probably at least one every 1 2 weeks. On Sunday 2/11/24 I ordered online as I always do. Today part of the order included a Lg Pizza w/mushrooms green peppers. They don 't have an option to take off the cheese, so in the instructions I entered No Cheese at all only sauce veges. We received our order and it had cheese so I called. The guy who answered asked did we want them to remake it, and I replied yes, the person can 't eat cheese. He then asked do I want it delivered, and I said no I 'd pick it up. It 's not the drivers fault. A few minutes later I missed a call from them, so I called back. The guy on the phone informed me they CAN NOT replace my pizza, I asked why, and he said I have no idea. I spent $73 on this order, and my past orders have never been under $50. So, needless to say we will never order from them again and will let everyone we know not too."

"I have never had such bland and dry sushi before, and I have tried a lot of sushi in my life. Despite not usually leaving negative reviews, I decided to share my experience here as I chose this restaurant based on its ratings, which I found to be very misleading. It truly put a damper on our day. We ordered 2 appetizers, 2 special rolls, and 3 standard rolls. The appetizers were mediocre and were recommended by the waitress as popular choices. The lobster rolls were also dry and flavorless, much like the sushi. Only one of the rolls had Spicy Mayo sauce on it, leaving the rest all dry and tasteless. We had to order a side of eel sauce to add some flavor, but even with that, they were still underwhelming. The sweet potato roll came with raw salmon, which was a strange combination that I had never seen before. The waitresses were friendly and kept our water glasses full, but they completely forgot to bring out our daughter's side of noodles, which were plain and unappetizing when they finally arrived late. The quality of the fish seemed decent, but overall, the food was lackluster and disappointing, especially considering the $100 we spent. It was also concerning that we were the only customers in the restaurant on a Saturday afternoon. We did not try any of their entrees, which may be the reason for their positive reviews, but based on our experience, I would say this is a below-average sushi spot."
