Food was mid. Rice was soggy and sticky. I ordered hibachi steak medium rare and it was well done and rubbery. Too expensive to be mediocre food. Service was excellent though. The quality of the food was good and was cooked right. We ordered steak and lobster. The lobster was hot and fresh while the steak was room temperature, and the steam vegetables were fairly cold. The food obviously wasn't timed correctly, and that's honestly my only complaint. However, that was enough for us to leave disappointed. Service: Dine in

We decided not to set at the grill and just get a table, Huge Mistake. The salad they served was rotten and they soaked it in dressing to cover it up. I got the steak and shrimp and was give 4 very small shrimp to eat, the steak was not a good piece of meat and was very tough. I requested a knife to eat my steak. The rice was just plain rice with no egg or onions that usually comes with it. Very big disappointment! Service: Dine in

I believe that including gratuity on the bill encourages servers to be complacent, as they know they will receive a tip regardless of their service. My family enjoys dining at Fujis, and when it's just my wife and me, we typically spend between $120 and $200 on sushi. We usually tip generously based on the service we receive. It's unfair for customers to have gratuity automatically included; that should be our choice, not predetermined. Given the level of service from our server, I would have only given a tip of $5 or less. If this practice of forcing gratuity for subpar service continues, I'll consider taking my monthly orders, which range from $200 to $400, to another sushi restaurant. It... Voir le carte
