Girlfriend loves the place. The wait staff are always friendly and the chef's always perform well. Food is always prepared well and never had a bad meal here.

The food and atmosphere is great here! The staff was wonderful and hard working considering how short handed they were. Sushi, hibachi, and drinks were all yummy!

I got 3 sushi rolls. It was a bit of a wait because of the crowd, but when I got my food, it was amazing. the employees there were very kind and curious, and I can't wait to go back. Voir le carte

I was really pleased with the spicy tuna roll and especially loved the Alaska roll with smoked salmon! One of my friends ordered a bento box, which turned out to be much larger than I expected. Two other friends had the beef lo mein and mentioned that the quality of the beef was much better than what they usually experience with this dish.

The Flaming Lobster Roll was missing avocado, so I mentioned it to the waiter, but he seemed confused and didn’t grasp that it was actually missing. He kept assuming I just didn’t want avocado. Additionally, the male host at the front greeting area looked unhappy and tossed our silverware to us before quickly returning to his phone at the desk.

As for vegetarian options, the miso soup was the best I've ever had! The salad was also very good, and the veggie hibachi was quite nice. I appreciated the variety of mushrooms included. There are some vegetable rolls on the sushi menu, but I didn't get a chance to try them. In terms of kid-friendliness, the kids' hibachi meal for $12 was more than enough food for my 11-year-old. I started with the gyoza as an appetizer and then had the House Lo Mein with chicken, beef, and shrimp for my main course. I'm not accustomed to deep-fried gyoza; usually, I get them pan-seared, which I prefer as they taste better that way. The deep-fried gyoza didn't appeal to me. However, the House Lo Mein was excellent—full of flavor and skillfully prepared. The chicken and beef were juicy and delicious.

The service was good, and the restaurant itself has a very nice interior. However, if you're coming for quality food that’s worth the price, I wouldn’t recommend it. The steak was completely flavorless, as was the rice, and the vegetables served with the teriyaki steak were basically raw. The only dish that was somewhat worth the money was the gyoza. I can't really recommend this place unless you have money to spare and want to watch the chefs cook in front of you.

We went to Fujiyama to celebrate our son’s birthday, and it was his first time experiencing a hibachi grill. The restaurant wasn’t busy, but since there was only one chef, the wait for the grill was about an hour. We decided to dine in instead. The waitress was very kind and seemed to be handling seven tables all by herself. Unfortunately, there were issues with the food—my husband didn’t receive the dish he ordered, and the parts of his order that were correct weren’t cooked properly. He asked for his steak to be medium, but it came out well done. Considering the price, the mistakes with the order, and the understaffing, we probably won’t be returning. Voir le carte
