"we love Fatty?z and order it very often. eating is amazing, but the reason for this review is solely due to the bad customer experience I receive via the phone. I ordered by the discs at 5:15 and it estimated my delivery time at 6:37 clock, which I expected on a busy Friday night. at 6:22 I was aware that my order was on the way. 30 minutes pass and no pizza yet. my man called the restaurant and no answer. the layer support person called the restaurant and no answer. I called and finally came through and talked to a girl who couldn't find my name on an order so she gave me to someone who's more involved with the Slic app. he was very rude when I calmly explained that I said my order on him? s nearly 40 minutes ago at this point, and he continued to tell me that the driver has just gone and it will be there when it comes and hangs. shortly after the call came my order. the pizzas were over all tasty and still hot and the customer service from the supplier was great as always. my biggest complaining is don?t tell people to use the cutting app when they are? not appreciate an exact waiting time and don't let people know their orders are on the way if they are actually not. I totally understand being busy, but completely rude to someone who explains a situation well is unacceptable."

"the waitress hardly spoke to us, we have the buffet. the pizza seemed to be a few days old. the salate that was for salads was super dried and very coarse as if it had not been washed. the suppen spoons were placed with the handle down so that they are the part with which they eat to get a spoon. large the suppe was released without coverage available. our waitress took 1 of our 4 teller, to the point where another came from behind to get our teller. the device was not at least busy. only the trigger factor is that the place was clean and the heart that came to grab our remaining teller was polite."

"Started off not liking this place. 4% fee on cards so don’t show up without cash. That alone made me not want to come back! took my card when I ordered and didn’t bring it back until I got my food very strange.. food was done in less then 5 minutes. Almost to fast I’m pretty sure these patties were boiled when cooked, had sat out most the day and reheated with barely melted cheese.. the burgers tasted like hand sanitizer. And not to mention the lukewarm tater tots. The only thing absolutely enjoyable was my Dr Pepper. To each their own, but I will not be back."

"As for parking, they have their own lot, but be aware that the street is one-way, so try to find the first available spot. They do offer designated handicapped parking close to the entrance. Regarding wheelchair accessibility, the restaurant is accessible, but I did encounter some challenges with the entrance. The doors are quite large and heavy, and there isn’t a handicap-accessible door opener, which is an important detail for someone in a wheelchair like myself. For service, I opted for takeout.
