big grill! topanga was a fast and polite server. we had a scooby for lunch. Huhn, pork and brisket were all excellent. great option when traveling instead of the standard chain rate.

If you're nearby, it's definitely worth a visit. I'm a fan of brisket, so I always make it a point to try it when it's available on the menu. The brisket here was perfectly smoked and had a great flavor. The portions were generous, making it a great value for the money.

Awesome bbq. I had the turkey bacon club sandwich and fried okra, which was a smooth smokey meaty glory! My wife had a pork sandwich and my son a chopped chicken sandwich. All were excellent. And..we got actually eat inside...at a dining table..with Air condtioning and sweet tea! Sure beats waiting an hour at the zaxbys drive thru!!

I was passing through Metter and made a point to look for some BBQ before heading out. I asked for recommendations from a couple of places and decided to stop at this one. I wasn’t disappointed! We tried Papa Bucks BBQ, and we are so glad we did, it was truly amazing! From the service to the food!! I had the half chicken, mac and cheese and green beans, my husband had pulled pork, fries and fried okra, and we shared a Brunswick stew (which was amazing), and the sweet tea was perfect! The ONLY negative I have is the green beans are canned. everything else was fresh and hot. We will definitely eat here again.

Stopped here en route to Alabama. Just off hwy 16. Service was friendly and efficient. Our food came out in 10 minutes. Very moist pork ribs. Hubby had a huge brisket sandwich. The beef was also very tasty and moist. Good bbq sauces. Potato salad seemed home made and great. Generous portions. Very reasonable cost. $11 for 3 huge ribs, big green salad and Fries. Sandwich was $8 Restaurant was clean and nicely furnished. Bathrooms spotless. Lots of locals here. Definitely will stop again When on This route

They offered three different sauces, so I tried all three on my sandwich, and they were all delicious. I went easy on the hot sauce since our server, Brooke B, warned me that it was quite spicy. She provided excellent service and was incredibly pleasant throughout our meal. The Brunswick stew was wonderful, containing potatoes and a good amount of tomatoes. My partner said his pork sandwich was good, and he really enjoyed the okra. My brisket was very tasty, although I did have to remove a bit of fat. The meat had a lovely smoky flavor and was very tender. It was an enjoyable lunch break! Voir le carte
