They completely forgot about our entire hibachi table. We got appetizers before we got our drinks. This place is just terrible the service is terrible it’s over priced just don’t waste your money find a better hibachi place

I would have thought the habaci would have been better the food was fresh the steak was tender but there was no interaction with the cook and the people at the table. No show the only thing the cook did was the same onion volcano that has been done a million times. I miss tai show east hands down best habaci experience ever

the host to a long time to even talk to me.... I got there 10 mins before my reservation n she didnt speak to me although I tried to get her attention till 28 mins after my reservation time and then still had to wait 15 more mins after that to be seated. the cooks here are always excellent and entertaining although this time he tried to tell me that bean sprouts were noodles n cooked a bunch of bean sprouts n threw them on my plate. Nous sommes arrivés à pm un samedi soir et j'avais une réservation car nous étions assis et avons commandé des boissons. Nous avons reçu nos salades et en avons eu. Personne n’avait cuisiné devant nous avant PRESQUE UNE HEURE PLUS TARD. Notre section entière était ennuyée. Nous avons attendu une heure pour que quelqu'un commence à préparer nos dîners. Cela a pris une éternité et les gens à notre table se sont plaints à plusieurs reprises. Mon fiancé et moi ne reviendrons certainement pas, c'était la première fois

My wife loves this place, and we generaly eat here once a month or so. The service is generally decent, and the Hibachi Chefs always bring smiles to my daughters face with their singing, jokes, and tricks. This time we waited an hour and a half for the cook, with 3 small children complaining of hunger, and a waitress who completely disappeared for 1/2 hour at a time. When the cook finally showed up, there was no singing, no jokes or interaction with the children (one whose Birthday it was), No Onion Volcano, or any fun tricks. To get the bill and see that gratuity had already been added for awful service and a bad expierence all together makes this almost insulting.

I’ve come to this location often, the food is always delicious! However, this time I had a reservation for a group of 10 (my daughter’s request to celebrate her baptism here). We waited about 20 minutes to be seated. As the first customers of the afternoon, the grill was still dirty from the night prior, putting off gusted who had never been there before. They opened at 12, our reservation was for 12:45 and they still had not put the AC on. It was so incredibly hot to begin with (summer), and when we asked several times and told “ok sure”, it did not go on until we were paying our bill an hour or so later.
