The chicken and shrimp in the soup were tough and bland. The beef sticks were also chewy and flavorless. The red bell peppers, onion, and pineapple on the skewers were uncooked and tasteless. The steamed rice had a crunchy texture. I find it amusing that your response didn't address my point about the broth being just water. And for the record, it’s Mr. Fisher, not Ms. Your attention to detail is quite remarkable. I gauge a restaurant based on how well they handle the little things—appetizers, salads, simple items like rice. If you can't get the basics right, how can I trust you with more complex dishes? I always order beef sticks, white rice, and wonton soup on my first visit. Given how your rice and soup were prepared, I won’t be returning to try anything else."

The food has always been great, but we had a troubling experience during our visit. While we were sitting there, a cockroach scuttled down the booth behind my friend. This restaurant is clean and serene, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The management and staff are exceptional. The food is freshly prepared, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. We usually share our dishes, which helps keep the bill down and allows us to enjoy a wider variety of flavors. Our go-to order includes the Orange Chicken, soup, spring rolls, and paper-wrapped chicken. They provide extra plates for family-style dining, which is enough to feed our family of three. Everyone leaves happy and satisfied after a wonderful meal. It's truly a zen experience!

Golden China used to be a go to spot for American Chinese food in the area, however it is no longer the same. We ordered food this evening and everything tasted like it was cooked in pans that hadn’t been properly cleaned between cooking dishes. All of our lo mein had an off putting flavor that is not like any other lo mein we have had other Chinese spots. The rice had a fishy after taste. The dumplings were like crunchy card board and all the sauces were watered down. For 70ish dollars for our order this was a total rip off and all the food went into the garbage. Sadly Golden China has seen and left its golden days.
