"We dined at Fort O, and I have some feedback to share. First, I noticed that the greeters should focus less on their phones and improve their communication with each other. There’s no reason for one employee to speak condescendingly to another, unless they’re in management. Secondly, management should consider a reset. If a customer is guided to a table but chooses to sit elsewhere, it’s not fair to put pressure on the waitstaff for that situation. Young workers need to understand that being a waitress involves much more than what appears on the surface. There’s room for improvement here!"

The organization here is lacking. I wouldn't recommend visiting with a group. They don't reserve large tables, and they prioritize seating based on group size. The larger the group, the longer the wait.

I gave all 5 stars on everything this time because, the food was good and it was still hot this time too and the service and atmosphere was really good too and this is a really great place to eat and I will be back for other visits to eat there again in the near future.
