Good Taste - Carte

We ordered or food and I was not delivered. They said it was delivered but it never arrived and we still have not received refund they said we would get.

These people are ABSOLUTE crooks. They say one price on the phone and charge you a new one at the door. If you have a problem, they’re rude. And WILL ask for your food back if they make a mistake.

I live nearby and frequently get takeout from this place. I've always enjoyed the food, so I was surprised to see some negative reviews. We usually pick it up ourselves, and the quality and taste have always been excellent. Voir le carte

The beef lo mein and lemonade here are absolutely incredible! I really enjoy it! Whenever I'm in the mood for something saucy, this is my go-to place. The customer service is fantastic as well. I'm so glad I live just five minutes away from this restaurant!

I can't understand the negative reviews about this place. The food is similar to what you'd find at any other Chinese restaurant; they all source their ingredients from the same supplier. Unless you're dining at an upscale establishment, this restaurant equals your typical American-style Chinese food.

The food was nasty. Fried rice is a joke, the seafood is imitation everything. They even messed up beef and broccoli. They forgot part of our order and we called to have it redelivered and 2 hours later it still never came. Waiting to see if a actually get the cash back. So disappointing. I observed the staff preparing my food and noticed some mice eating food that had fallen on the floor. I even saw them drop a few chicken fingers, which they then picked up and put back into the container. When I pointed this out to them, they denied it. I requested a refund, but they refused. I plan to contact the health department and my bank to dispute the charges.

worst experience i ever had. got the wrong order and was told there was nothing they can do about it, then after a while, they said i needed to go in store to get a refund. i brought the food back and they refused a refund and started yelling at me, pointing his finger at me and then laughing in their language (mind you there was a customer in the store and she ended up leaving). will NEVER eat here again. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I had high hopes for this restaurant, but the experience was disappointing. We ordered crispy beef, honey chicken, a pu-pu platter, and house fried rice. Unfortunately, the beef was soggy and I wasn’t even sure it was beef. The fried items were overly greasy, and the overall flavor of the food was lackluster—nothing stood out, and we were left feeling unenthused about our meal. While some of the food was actually eaten, no one was particularly impressed. On the plus side, the delivery was quick, but it was around 3:00 PM. Overall, I don’t think I’ll be returning.
