I really love this place in the mall! The food is consistently high quality. I highly recommend trying the Southwest Chicken Wrap with bacon.

I was in First Colony Mall and decided to pickup a quick bite while I was there. I checked out several eateries and decided to try out Great Wraps. I ordered the Falafel Hummus Wrap and Ultimate Fries w/no bacon and added jalapenos. I must say that this was a nice little meal and a welcome addition to places to visit again. The falafel was well prepared and the overall order came out very nice. Looking forward to stopping by again. Voir le carte

The restaurant advertises their Ultimate Jalapeños-Ranch-Cheese fries for $3.49, but when you order them, you end up being charged $3.99 plus tax. When I inquired about the price difference, they were unable to provide an explanation. Additionally, the portion size for the wrap was disappointing; you could easily get a much larger quantity at another establishment for a better price. Overall, I was let down by the small size of the wrap given the hefty price tag.

Given the health inspection score of 81 (from February 8, 2023), I believe that any other option in the food court would likely be a better choice. Most of the other places score 90 or above and come without the risk of upset stomachs. For instance, Charleys and Chick-fil-A both have scores of 99, while Lan Chopsticks has a score of 98, and Street Tacos has a score of 95. These alternatives in the same food court seem like safer options. The reviews mentioning the overall cleanliness of this restaurant may not be a coincidence.

I went to the all famous great wraps and I have to say I was left with disappointment. I tried they’re all famous Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Was it good, yes. But, it is only good as far as mall food goes. The bread was good but it had like this cheap taste to it. The meat was standard Philly cheesesteak meat and so was the cheese. Nothing special or out of this world. Their food used to taste a whole lot better back in the day but I guess things have changed. Service, was good. They took my order and quickly got things moving.
