"Unfortunately, this restaurant deserves 1 star. We love the food, but the management is horrible. EVERY time we have ordered, there has been an issue. The first time, we went to pick it up for a party and were told they accidentally gave it away to someone else. We had to wait around 15 minutes and were given a free garlic knot coupon as compensation. We weren't too upset that time because they were nice. However, the next time we ordered the same thing happened. We went, and our order was nowhere to be found. The next time we ordered, they got our order wrong. We ordered garlic knots and got a meat pizza slice instead. The last time we ordered, we ordered an hour and a half ahead for a party of 20 people. We ordered 4 pizzas. When they got there, we were told they accidentally burned one pizza. We asked for the other 3 in the mean time since we had 20 people waiting. They told us no, which lead us to believe that the pizza was not burned but instead was either never made or given out to the wrong person again. We were then told that they would make it and deliver it for free, since we are literally walking distance away. Somehow this took 45 minutes. I was on the phone with the manager and all they could offer me was we don't know what happened and we'll take good care of you next time A mistake once is one thing, but every time is just careless. We definitely will not be ordering from here again."

"food and service are consistently excellent here. sushi is fabulous and they can not go wrong with one of the interesting rolls they offer. like the fact that it is a byo, so they can enjoy a beautiful bottle of wine to their eating."

"The restaurant is very good. They have a wide variety of option for vegetarian. Their pasta dishes are made from scratch and they were able to accommodate us with ample of vegetarian options. We had a waitress named Danielle, she was amazing. Really friendly and honest and easy to very sweet to my family. They have a lot of cocktails options and they were good. They also accommodate mocktails. Their ravioli options are amazing and their special had gnocchi which was awesome. They also serve gelato and they were great. I would highly recommend visit here during special occasions as it can get pricey. We had a wonderful time and rerun in the near future."

"I sometimes have a difficult time finding a place with great pizza around here, but this place has got some of the best! I also love to have chicken fingers as a regular lunch snack and at some places, they are not so great, but again this place has got some of the best. The hot sauce and honey mustard I get with them are so yummy! I'm normally greeted by name and they always have my order ready and hot and give me such a pleasant experience. Never once got my order wrong which is a huge plus as I experience that a lot at other places around here. Definitely recommend!"

"Honestly, not impressed with this cheese pizza. For $15.99 I expected a sauce with more flavor. The cheese to sauce to bread ratio wasn’t very great. The sauce was watery and didn’t add much but a red color. The dough wasn’t that crusty either and was a little too sweet. It did have a nice chew though. The cheese was average. I think it was a good amount of cheese and not too thick. I honestly think the pizza sauce is what made this pizza underwhelming. I appreciate them being open on Labor Day, it was a nice treat and to not have to cook after a long week at work. I wanted to try Jads out after moving to the area and receiving a coupon from the friendly owner delivering pizza to my complex. Will not be going again though. Service is great but there is definitely better pizza in the area. Also the pizza kind of had a musky smell to it which was a little off putting. Maybe next time it will be better?"
