My personal favorite is the encebollado de pescado, but today I had the chance to try the Bandera El Guayaco for the first time, which included encebollado, and it was incredibly delicious. The food was excellent with a delightful Bolon mix, and the ingredients tasted fresh. My cousin ordered an Encebollado and said it was outstanding. However, the prices were not reasonable.

Ordered the lunch special, it was so delicious. The food was prepared very quickly. The place is very clean and very comfortable and right across from the hospital. I had the stew chicken with the rice and soup. I will go here more often.
