"I’m sad to see this place relocate from Downtown Douglasville. Gabe’s is one of the first restaurants I sat down to dine in when my family and I moved to Douglasville from NYC in 2019, and now I’m dining here on the last day before closing November 9th, 2024. I must say, service was impeccable then and still is now. They NEVER disappoint. Our server, Jake was awesome. He went above and beyond making sure that my party and I were taken care of. The food was great. For me, the best part of the meal was the Spinach and Artichoke Dip and of course, the dessert, Bread Pudding (my fave). Guess I’ll be taking a trip to Villa Rica soon"

"Nancy's is truly outstanding. Both the delivery and dine-in service are consistently impressive. The staff genuinely engages with customers in a way that feels authentic, rather than scripted, reflecting the care that goes into the delicious food they serve. Dining at Nancy's is the perfect way for families to celebrate any occasion, whether it’s a birthday or a little league victory, and everything in between. The restaurant is clean, the staff is prompt and courteous, and you won’t be disappointed when you choose to dine here. My wife and I were very happy with our experience, and the other diners around us seemed equally satisfied. Our server, Ms. Chan, was fantastic; we appreciated her character and attention to detail. She's wonderful, and Nancy's is simply amazing!"

"The food was a 10/10 highly recommend the gator! Everyone was friendly and the service was quick. Getting into the place is the hardest, arrive early and get in line! Parking: The parking is the worst park. There’s street parking and a free parking garage a small walk away. "However, I must address a significant concern: the portion sizes of the food have noticeably decreased. We're now receiving less than half of what we used to get, which is particularly problematic since their portions were already on the smaller side. The grouper my wife usually orders is now less than half the size it used to be. The pepper steak I enjoy is similarly reduced, now containing less than 2 ounces of steak, and the yellow curry my daughters typically order is also less than half its former size. Even the Pad Woon Sen has shrunk considerably. After our meal tonight, we all left feeling hungry. While the spring rolls and cheese rolls we order as appetizers have not changed in size, they were already quite small compared to the entrees. I'm willing to pay for good food—even if prices need to increase, I would be happy to do so. However, the significant cut in portion sizes took us by surprise. When our plates arrived, we exchanged looks of disbelief at how much smaller they were compared to previous visits. It felt deceptive, and unfortunately, we won’t be returning. This is a difficult decision to make, as we have dined here more than any other restaurant in Douglasville and even across Georgia. We’ve shared memories with friends and family in this space. But reducing already-small portions to a level that leaves customers unsatisfied is not something we can support in the future. While we appreciated the taste of the meal and left a tip, this experience was disappointing enough that it will be our last visit. Regardless, I want to thank Taste of Thai for all the wonderful meals and memories over the years and wish them continued success."
