"I have been to this restaurant three times recently and each time they have not given me a straw for my boba drink. This was never an issue in the past, but it seems like a new employee there is trying to be environmentally conscious by not providing utensils to paying customers. I expect to receive a straw when I am paying almost $10 for a drink and have specifically requested utensils. It is impossible to drink boba with a regular straw as it does not fit through the tapioca pearls. Most customers do not have boba straws at home. This has happened three out of the five times I have ordered lately, which is not a problem I have experienced at other boba shops. Despite this, I still give the restaurant four stars because I love their bubble waffle, puff cream, and some of their drinks. The taste is amazing and it is currently my favorite boba shop. The strawberry lemonade with mango crystal boba is one of my favorites. It is disappointing that I have not been provided with a straw to enjoy my drink. Please provide boba straws to your paying customers."

I got two black teas with Boba which were really refreshing, I feel like overall it's a nice trendy tea place.

I enjoyed the lemon and green tea drink. Very tasty and they let you order the percentage of sugar and ice. I had 25%.

its mostly milk. you cant even taste the tea. this is my second time trying this place out and they make it thesame way. might as well just sell it "milk boba" than milk tea boba. Voir le carte

Delicious. I ordered the chocolate waffle with salted cream, and boba milk tea. It was an amazing combination, I definitely recommend dipping the waffle. The waffle was fresh, light, and tasty.

good Boba tea, but wait too long to get it. almost 20 minutes to order the tee. it was overcrowded and therefore we tried to assume that it is a good tee and we are picky about our Boba teas. it wasn't disappointed.

The service was slower than expected. The I4 Chocolate Bubble waffle arrived cold and without the whipped cream topping. The boba seemed old. I usually order from UTC, where the service is faster and the food tastes better. Voir le carte

I just tried calling to place an order for pickup. An employee answered my call and informed me that I can only order via DoorDash or grubhub, he was unable to take my order… I can’t begin to understand the logic behind that.

this place is super unconsistent. I've been here over 20 times. That's good, so I'll be back. but soou contradict everything from the amount of cheese in the waffel / quantity of topping / boba, quantity of honey or lemon etc. They are even contradictory to their faithful rewards, which last time decided, drinks only do not waggle, they receive a stamp despite the glue machine, which otherwise stated. that is all in order, but really be consistent.
