"I was definitely not impressed with my visit. We chose Hardee's because it was late and my sister had some coupons. With no customers and no wait, that should have been a warning. The food was mediocre, and we received no napkins or straws. For $19 lunch, I expected better. We also didn’t get a receipt, making it difficult to complete their survey. The burgers were loaded with too much mayo and mustard, causing water to drip from the sandwich, likely from the lettuce or tomatoes. The bun kept sliding off the burger, which made for a poor experience overall. I apologize for the negative review, but the only bright spot was the lady who took our order—she was nice and helpful when we returned two days later to request the receipt. We later tried the location in Conway near 16th Street, and it was much better."

I went to swing in to grab a quick sandwich and head to work. Interior doors were locked so I had to use the drive-thru, which was not easy to do on a motorcycle on a hot morning. I waited 15 minutes and the line barely moved. I had to give up and left. Irealize some places are short-staffed or whatever, but they should warn people that there's going to be an extended wait orsomething. The drive-thru line ran out into traffic on Bus. 17, by the time I got up to the ordering kiosk.

Absolutely THE slowest and most unprofessional and unkind staff. Drive thru personnel didn?t not greet, give total or make any kind gestures towards me. Too concerned about whatever music is playing on her phone. If I could rate less than 1 star Iwould. It amazing how slow the cooks are, considering they seem to making food to order it comes out cold. A different personcame to window just now to ask me what I ordered too, after I?ve paid and have been sitting here for 10 minutes. I?m the onlycustomer here.

My son-in-law picked up a 3-piece chicken tender meal for me, and when I opened the container, the tenders were tiny and as hard as a rock. I called and spoke with a manager, but she was really rude. She asked me to bring the food and the receipt back, which I didn't mind, but when I requested fresh tenders, she told me they didn’t have any ready but would cook some for me this time. When I returned, she didn’t apologize or say anything at all. She just told me to pull up while they cooked. Another woman eventually brought out my food, but she also didn’t say a word.
