"The food at this restaurant was tasty, however the service was quite slow with only one person serving and running the register. The portion sizes were on the smaller side. The atmosphere was clean but dated. Overall, I would rate the food a 4, service a 3, and atmosphere a 3. I recommend trying the Vegetable Egg Rolls and Pad Thai. This is a good spot for a casual dinner, with prices ranging from $10 to $20 per person."

"The restaurant was very dirty with food stuck on the menus and nothing appeared to of been wiped down in ages, the server was very rude and offered little knowledge of things offered when asked questions and seemed bothered when asked for items needed for the meal. Also I was shocked when I learned they didn 't offer hard shell tacos or hamburger meat for burritos or fajitas as on option, I thought I went out to eat Mexican food tonight but it seems it lacks a lot of the expected items you usually find on menus at authentic Mexican restaurants. Very disappointed with this restaurant to say the least because I had been looking forward to trying out this place for some time now! Parking: Parking directly outside of the front entrance with short distance to walk."

"We took some family members out for lunch on New Year's Day this year (2018), and it was an incredible experience! Everything about the buffet was outstanding—the food, the ambiance, and our waitress were all exceptional. Our waitress truly went the extra mile, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of. As a family, we genuinely felt at home."

"10/5 still no call back or email or IM from Facebook/Instagram/app it's getting to the point it's not even about the money it's been weeks since this and this company has stolen my money not given me a product and has gotten away with being just a POS company. So not use the Bojangles app Update: still have not received my refund or heard from anyone from the store update. Bojangles still sucks I am trying to get a refund for an order I placed online that was not ready in the store when I went to pick up. All the staff in the restaurant up to and including the manager laughed about what happened when the good was not ready and did not try to help so I left without any food I just want a refund I have sent multiple messages and left a refund request online but it has been multiple days and I still haven't heard from Any one my order was for 52$ and I ended up going somewhere else to feed my family that night after a 10 hour trip home from New York do not order online from Bojangles they will act like the machine broke and then laugh about it and not help with a refund request or anything or it's an absolute joke"
