One of best one here. Food always hot and fresh. No complaints

The burger was cold and I asked for no ketchup and they still put it on there.

Staff is some of the friendliest people I've ever been served by at a restaurant of any variety. Lines havent been long and food is as expected! Voir le carte

Ordered a double cheeseburger and shake. Shake was maybe half full. Fries were soggy. Cheeseburger was what I expected, that was ok. Staff was typocal in and out. Overall not great, but unfortunately pretty standard.

Ordered delivery very disappointed when the employees don’t pay attention to the order I submitted. Was sent the wrong drink. Dropping the ball Hardee’s. My money spends better at a restaurant who gets my order right!

I used to like Hardy's But their service seems to have gone down hill a little bit The reason I'm giving it one star Is because of the fact after 11 PM they double their prices on everything In order to be open late I can see raising the price is a little bit at after hours But I just can't justify almost doubling the prices Therefore I boycott Them now Voir le carte

I went inside a full week after receiving this cinnamon roll to return it. The staff was so understanding and helpful. I witnessed and received the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. It was so awesome I'd work here!!!! Everyone works together well and they are so kind. Oh yeah and the food is good too lol. But the employees offering up that excellent customer service make it taste even better!!!

The store manger Robin gave me wrong order told me come back she would have my refund waiting and the would give me my correct food. Ask for Latoya was very rude said had no idea about this didn't offer to remake food and refused to refund. Other worker said she didn't know what to tell me and I need to move because I was holding up her line. Worst customer service every!!! Will tell everyone never go to a Hardee's again

Went to hardees on Hampton Ave. St.louis mo… seen there 6 cars in drive thru. I'm hungry so I will wait for my turn… see cars goto order speaker and one after the other they drive off.. I get my turn and what do I get for my time? “We only taking Uber eats and door dash prders”.. what the hell is going on at this location? Pass up on over $100 worth of sales between all the cars you turn away for a trash order pickup service that probably eat their customers food anyways? Sad.. what is the … – show Voir le carte
