"I had an extremely unpleasant experience with my meal recently on 8/17/24. The waiting time was unbearably long we arrived at 6:20, ordered our drinks, and by 7:25, our appetizer had not yet been served. The waiter informed us that he was unsure when our main course would be ready and admitted that they seemly forgot about our appetizer and would check on it. Additionally, when the appetizer finally arrived at 7:45, our main course came just 5 minutes later, at 7:50, although we needed to leave by 8:10 for a movie. I ordered a rack of lamb, anticipating a full rack but was disappointed to receive only 3 overcooked and tough lamb chops for a hefty price of $52. This lack of value was disheartening. Although I wanted to address this with a manager, we ultimately decided not to return. When we went to Beef Bourbon just last week I ordered lamb chops for $28 and received a full rack, which was a far more satisfying experience. I am frustrated and believe there is a lot of room for improvement. The combination of overpriced, undersized portions and improperly cooked food is unacceptable. I will not be coming back here at all."

Dry-aged steak was awesome! Service was a bit lackluster but there was a big banquet, so it’s understandable. I also believe the AC may have been broken but food was still great!

On vacation in Cambodia with my family from the USA. We were looking for a rooftop bar/restaurant and happened upon Hemisphere. Thoroughly enjoyed the fantastic ambiance, great food and cocktails, and splendid service. Big shout out to Veasna!

The food was so delicious. We had the Caesar salad to start with, steak and then lava cake to finish it off. The service was amazing, the server knew the menu top to bottom and gave great recommendations. First time and will be back absolutely!

Always love to eat here. Customer service is always great and the food is truly amazing. It is our favorite restaurant to eat at in the QC. It can get really busy and sometimes it's a bit of a wait but that's because it's so good and freshly made. Definitely busy because it's so good and such a pleasant environment. Voir le carte

We chose Hemisphere Bistro to celebrate our anniversary tonight and do not regret that decision one bit. Nathan was the perfect waiter being attentive yet not overbearing, polite, and informative. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. There are so many items on the menu left to experience so we will definitely be back soon.

I went here this evening for my birthday, first time. If I could give 10 stars I would. The place was very nice and clean, and the service was great. The food was superior to anything I’ve tasted around here. An eclectic menu served up like art. Very complex flavors. Compliments to the chef! The Sangria was great but next time I may have to try the Hemingway daiquiri, since we will be going back.
