a terrible service. short personal. I have only garnel from no refills on drinks.

The service from the staff was excellent, but the fries weren't as hot or tasty as they usually are.

The takeout service at this restaurant is quite frustrating. Orders take an excessively long time to be prepared, and there appears to be no effort to speed up the process, no matter how long the wait.

Long wait between food being delivered. Wings and then fries 10 mins later. Security, was cleaning tables as the servers all congregated at the front. The hosts are set up in the food delivery area, and I saw quite a few heads flipping with hair flyingall over. Food was good and beer was cold, hence the two stars.

We were greeted quickly and brought to a table that was dirty. We cleaned it off ourselves. The sever was quick to greet us at the table. She honored an old valentines special that was some for years. It not this year, so that was great. The wait for boneless wings was horrendous. We are pretty patient and in no rush so we just waited. After minutes she came to the table to tell us the kitchen made bone in wings by accident and the boneless were remade and being tossed. About minutes later, the wings weren’t ready and I could hear her arguing with the kitchen. Nobody had the order and the wings were not made.
