The ladies were extremely nice and polite, and I enjoyed a large watermelon drink! :p

Terrible service. They never have their lite lemonade. They don't put up an out of stock sign. So we wait in line every time only to be told they don't have it. Rudely. Every time.

You absolutely have to try the regular lemonade here—it's fantastic and hands down the best lemonade I've ever tasted! The cheese dog is also delicious, perfect for vegetarians. Honestly, that's all I've ever ordered from here.

The lemonade here is fantastic—perhaps a bit on the sweet side, but absolutely delicious. Hot Dog on a Stick has been around for a long time, at least 25 years or so. I’m not usually a fan of corn dogs, but I really enjoy theirs; they're sweet and tasty. The lemonade is especially refreshing. I used to frequent the Santa Monica Promenade location and even had friends who worked there. It’s a great spot for a quick bite and a nice drink. Voir le carte

I entered the restaurant with a big smile, eagerly craving their lemonade. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. I greeted the staff members, but they continued their side conversation without acknowledging me. After I paid, I thanked them, but they looked at me as if I was out of my mind. Even when they handed me my lemonade, I said thank you again, only to be met with silence once more. Despite this, I still wished them a good day.

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. When Jerome, a worker from the back, came out, he greeted us with a casual "what's up." I mentioned that we were ready to order, but the customer service was lacking. It felt like he didn't want to be at work, and perhaps he should have taken the day off. To make matters worse, the ketchup container was empty at 11:45. After I placed my order, he didn’t even mention the total, and I had to ask for it, which was quite frustrating. I strongly suggest that you provide better training for your employees on customer service.

I stood in line behind someone else at 8:30 PM and waited for about 5 minutes without anyone at the counter. The person in front of me and I were unsure about what to do, and I even thought about going into the kitchen but ultimately decided against it to avoid getting in trouble. After another 5 minutes, around 8:40 PM, a girl came out from the back and, with a bit of attitude, informed us that they were closed. It felt like she was annoyed with us for still being there. I was frustrated after waiting for 10 minutes only to receive a dismissive response. Checking the time, I saw it was 8:40 PM, and their posted hours indicate they close at 9:00 PM.
