"Really wanted a burger...so loaded up the kid and went in. Waited. Waited. Waited for 3 people who came in after me to be served (regulars . Finally I walked up to the bar and was given a menu. Bar tender took my order and I said I would return. Came back about 20 minutes later. Waited about 10 minutes more before cook brought out my food. Asked where the burger was ...wasn't told to the cook to make it. Bar tender wrote my order on the back of someone else's slip. Not the fault of the cook- but after they offered to make it I declined as I had waited long enough and had to get someplace. Very displeased about the length of time to be served and the situation. . (There was maybe 3 people sitting at bar and a table of people who were there when I first arrived. So not that busy but other distractions may have been the cause. (Significant others of workers perhaps? Or another employee not on the clock came in and was served while i was still waiting. Guess if your not a regular you wait for service. I would return though because they do have good burgers!! I'd just call ahead instead of walk in."

We rode our bicycles from Midland and decided to stop for lunch. Unfortunately, we didn't receive a warm welcome. The server simply dropped four menus on our table and rudely instructed us to take our water bottle outside, then asked what we wanted to drink. While the food was decent and served quickly, the service left much to be desired. There was no smile or any expression of gratitude; instead, we were met with serious stares as if our presence was a bother. Overall, it was not a welcoming environment, and we are unlikely to return.
