Dine here! This is truly the best hidden gem you'll come across! Everything is incredibly fresh. You must try the SALMON!! The salmon nigiri is the finest I've ever tasted! It's thick and melts in your mouth like butter. I can't wait to return!

I have tried this place several times and I am real happy with it. High quality sushi at a reasonable price for the area. The portions a little on the small side but overall still a reasonable value. Favorites are the Tiger and Salmon skin roll. A go back place.

Food was delicious. Our favorite was Spicy Super Crunch Roll straight out of Compton. The Tempora was delicious too just like you. Staff is extremely friendly and they were not even busy at all. Too busy smiling probably. Also, side note the iced tea was hella fresh. Flex.

I absolutely adore these hidden gems located in a strip mall that you might typically overlook. This is the kind of cozy, family-run restaurant that you definitely need to add to your list for a relaxed, unhurried dining experience. Ichiban offers a wide selection of delicious sushi rolls, as well as a variety of fully-cooked options for those who prefer not to have sushi or raw fish. The owners run the restaurant and treat every customer—whether it's their first visit or not—as if they're long-time friends. They’ve known our son his whole life, and we've shared family updates over the years. They always ask about my family when I visit without them. The many Christmas photo cards on display, showcasing families who have formed similar bonds with them, are a testament to this warm atmosphere.
