"We visited for the first time on a Tuesday evening. Sat out in the patio, which has such a great vibe! The lighting, the heat lamps, the fancy table settings. My BF and I were out on a date night and this place didn't disappoint for the great atmosphere. Live music on patio would have been great! Maybe they offer that on the weekends. Our server was attentive and very helpful. They start you off with some bread (mid) and a yummy green sauce. We ordered the calamari and it was one of the best we ever had. Portion somewhat small for the two of us but wow the flavor/texture can't be beat. We also ordered the pep and sausage pizza so good. And the tortellini with mushrooms rich, creamy, so decadent. The quality of the food is excellent, it definitely is a place to go when you want top notch ingredients, service and food/wine selections. I did try a red wine and it was really good. Happy to have such a great place right close to home!"

"We’ve eaten at Urban Grill before and the food has always been good. I guess the night stared off bad when we were seated at the last table right outside the bathrooms, something needs to be done with putting a divider, door or curtain so that you don’t have to see everyone going in and out of the bathrooms. Maybe it was because we were seated so far away from the rest of the restaurant, our server took forever to serve us so we ordered our meal at the same time we ordered drinks. As for food, my wife ordered a ribeye and I ordered the scallops. Food came and my wife’s $45 ribeye was maybe a half inch thick and was gray, my wife took one bite and it tasted spoiled. I took bite as well and it just didn’t taste good at all. We flagged down waiter and informed him, he kept saying the food is “fresh” but did take it back and brought her a menus to look at to select something else, after 10 minutes of him not checking to see what she wanted to order, we decided to just share my meal. Seems to me that standards and making sure customers are well taken care of are no longer important to them…. What a shame. I doubt that we will ever go back."

"I have eaten at this location many times and it never fails to impress. I don?t Know what kind of magic they put in their margaritas but they are more delicious every time and the food and experience only gets better. Don?t miss out on this greatfood and great ambience. Seriously the best Mexican food in the area you don?t want to miss it. When you go say a quick hello toMonica Avila the manager and owner, she?s great!"

"The buffet is a disaster. It opens at 11am but they have no pizza. They wait till someone comes in and asks what they want, which in some ways is nice. It takes them 30min and they will only put out the 1 pizza you requested. When multiple people come in, they will do half pizzas per request. At any given time there might be 2 partial pizzas available on the buffet. If you dont have an hour+ and are there for a short lunch, forget about it! If you want to sit there all day, you can keep making requests and get exactly what you want I guessI dont think they get the buffet concept though. It’s about having 5+ pizzas to choose from and immediately available. A compromise would be at 11am start with pepperoni, veggie, and some other pizza. Hell, just 1 pizza, pepperoni, so there is something."

"This was my family and I's favorite place for every Friday night. We would get 4-6 Baja Bowls with sides of chips and salsa. They have some of the best chips and salsa around for south county. Or I should say HAD the best chips... They recently changed their chips to something cheap. You could pick any store bought chips and they would be better than what BFT is currently giving their customers. Since this is such a big part of our dinner to use with both the bowls and the salsas. We wont be returning until they are switched back. We could tolerate the prices sky rocketing and smaller portions in the last 2-3 years but change the chips? I cant stand for this :"
