"My entire order was crammed into a single small bag, and when it arrived, the salad was on its side, causing it to leak everywhere (this wasn’t the driver’s fault; it was clear that it had been packaged that way). The salad was quite small and completely wilted and soggy. However, the bread and sandwich were excellent!"

"Sometimes when you're traveling, you come across unexpected gems. The Copper Bistro was one of those delightful surprises! Although it added about 8 miles to our journey, it was definitely worth it. Globe, AZ, a small town with just over 7,200 residents, is not often home to such a fantastic dining spot. The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The food was incredible and came in generous portions. Our Bloody Marys were top-notch, with a healthy pour. I ordered a hot turkey sandwich with jalapeno coins added, and it was fantastic! My spouse opted for a bacon blue cheese burger, which was so substantial that the brioche bun struggled to contain it. The quality of the meat was outstanding, making it the biggest burger we encountered on our entire trip. Don't miss the coleslaw—it's excellent! You all are doing a remarkable job. We'll definitely make the trip from Tucson to Globe for lunch again!"

"We ordered chicken enchiladas served with rice and beans. While the rice was a bit bland, mixing in the salsa improved it. I prefer that to overly seasoned rice. The beans were good, and the enchilada was decent. The mole sauce wasn’t as strong as the red or poblano varieties that I usually enjoy, but it was still tasty, especially with all the cheese. Overall, it was a decent meal for around $11 per plate. I do wish they used only white meat, but I understand the cost considerations. I’d definitely feel comfortable trying something else from the menu the next time we pass through. That salsa was a standout!"

"We came up from Phoenix to get out of the heat and visit some museums in Globe. Bloom Japanese restaurant in the historic district is a wonderful place for lunch!Although it's a very small restaurant, the service was fantastic and our server was awesome. I had the wagyu beef sushi roll and the crab roll... It was delicious! I was also able to sample the coconut shrimp... A taste of heaven! Everyone in our group gave rave reviews for the food they chose.The door to the restroom is particularly fun!"

"As anyone who's seen my other reviews knows, I'm an adult male with autism, and I'm also a picky eater. My review system is simple: one star for every satisfactory part of my meal (bun, patty, ketchup, cheese, and fries). As this restaurant serves quarter pound patties and not half pound, I went for a double cheeseburger. Onto the review! First star, the bun: Perfectly cooked. Soft, but with a lightly crispy layer on the inside, and tasty. Not overly dry at all, nor was it soggy. Second star, the patties: Juicy, tasty, not overly greasy, cooked thoroughly, and sits well in my stomach. Third star, the ketchup: Delicious. Smooth. Just sweet enough tastes exactly like Heinz, but it's even smoother. Not runny at all, either. Fourth star, the cheese: Delicious and felt amazing to eat. Didn't run off the bun, because it was just melty enough to be a sticky goo. Fifth star, the fries: Salty, crispy, hot, and tasty. Shoestring fries too my favorite. Bonus: the water was ice cold, tasty, and super hydrating. All in all, an excellent burger. Would highly recommend if you're in the area."
