The girl at the drive-thru window was incredibly friendly! The spicy chicken sandwich was delicious. It was my first time at Jack in the Box, and I can confidently say I won't be going to Burger King anymore!

I visited on Easter Sunday and placed a large order. I've never had great experiences at Jack in the Box before, but this time it was different. Trey was outstanding and extremely polite. He definitely deserves some recognition!

My fiancé and I visited the restaurant for a DoorDash pickup, and we had a wonderful experience thanks to Kimberlly, one of the two staff members working that night. She was incredibly sweet and respectful, not just to us but to the other customers as well. I really enjoyed our interaction; if she happens to see this, I just want to say HIIIIII! Wow, the team at this restaurant is fantastic! I had a bad experience at the Jack in the Box in Freeport, and I haven't visited the one in Lake Jackson since then. However, this location consistently provides excellent customer service! I messed up my order at the drive-thru, but the guy I spoke to was very accommodating and fixed it, even though it wasn't his fault. Thank you! The tacos were fresh, not burnt or stale. As I've mentioned in my reviews of other Jack in the Box locations in the area, this one is definitely the best choice!

He must have noticed that I looked a bit pale and unsteady because he quickly filled a bag with fries and handed it to me, encouraging me to sit down and eat first. I started to get my wallet out to pay, explaining that my order hadn’t been totaled yet. I wish I had caught the young man’s name because he was so kind, insisting that I eat first and pay afterwards. I was too shaky to run off anyway, and thankfully, the fries did their job. It’s refreshing to see such thoughtfulness, especially in the food service industry these days. The counter, floor, and seating area were all clean, and the fries were hot and perfectly golden.

I used to come to this Jack in the Box all in the time back in 2014 but nowadays it seems like this location isn't that great anymore. Every-time I tend to go to this place it seems like they're out of fries or sometimes the ingredients for the food. I understand sometimes restaurants and fast food places run out of some items on the menu but at least put a sign/ note listing the items that are not in stock in the menu.Whenever I ordered a Bacon Swiss Buttery Jack, they gave me white sandwich bread on the bun and it tasted old and dry. The fries were also kinda hard to bite and the lemonade just tasted like water. I honestly am just not going to buy from this place anymore I rather go to the... Voir le carte
