Jack In The Box - Carte

It smells like straight sewage in the store and waited 30 minutes for my food. I’m so disgusted that I didn’t even want my food.

Needed to eat so i decided to eat inside jack in the box. What's more special about this visit is seeing loved ones who are always in ur hearts when you are unable to stop by and visit. Wonderful times with great company plus food.

I often find that my order is incorrect at this location. I've had to go back twice to exchange a sandwich I didn’t order, only to return again for the one I actually wanted. The main reason I continue to visit is its convenient location just across the street from my home. Voir le carte

Horrible service. The morning crew was not helpful and got my order completely wrong and was given attitude about it when I asked them a simple question about my order. He just looked at me and walked away and the drive thru window closed on me. So Ijust left and they lost business.

Got a Coke does not taste like Coke taste like lemon pledge watered down with Coke which doesn't make any sense and the guy said and I quote shake machine is being cleaned get up to the window he was not cleaning the shake machine and when I called they didn't pick up the purposely not picking up if possible I would give a zero

Pretty okay. Wish I knew when the systems would come online as it?s random between 2-5am that they?re down. I?m only awake and available late at these hours so it is difficult to tell if I can order. When I can it?s nice though. Wish I knew how long theygo down for too so I can just come back instead of giving up and going to Whataburger or something Kind of weird as it?s 24hrsbut really it?s not Voir le carte

This Jack sets the bar. I love Jack and so I visit often. In fact this is the 2nd time today. Service is on point. Very friendly staff and it starts with the manager. Consistent service throughout the restaurant. The food was cooked to order and was great. I went to another Jack in the box earlier today who was competing with McDonalds on the amount of trips it takes through the drive thru to get your full order. Kudos to this restaurant and the leadership team!

I went to this location on 10-3-23 around 6:15PM. The restaurant was empty. No customers or staff to be seen. I stood at the counter for a few minutes and still no employees. The restaurant smelled like sewage and skunk. All of the trash cans in this place were overflowing. Eventually all of the staff members filed out of the back of the restaurant. I’m pretty sure they were smoking marijuana. The food was a decent price and was delivered promptly once the staff members finally came up to me, which was the only good part of this experience.

Horrible service! Drove up to the window and the girl expediting the drive-thru orders opened the window and mumbled my total while holding held her hand out. No eye contact, no greeting whatsoever. Just the back of her head. I went to hand her mycard and in transition of extending my hand she snatched my card (not looking at me) while laughing and talking with theemployees behind her and then shut the window. I have to admit, I was a little impressed that she was able to grab my cardwhile her head was turned completely away from the drive-thru window! After she swiped my card her hand came back out of thewindow holding my card and still chatting with employees. Zero eye contact, zero person... Voir le carte
