I always order the dollar menu chicken sandwich with bacon and extra letus and top it off with some bbq sause.. The

-I get bored-I order hamburger completely plain-I receive hamburger with onions, lettuce, pickles, ketchup, and the worst sin of all, MAYO!!

Bathroom was filthy and smelled of urine, employees seemed uninterested. Since it was between breakfast and lunch it would not have been a struggle to resupply and clean. Voir le carte

This is the second time I've received my Sourdough Jack ungrilled. At least this time, one of the pieces of bread was grilled, but the bottom piece was just plain bread—not even toasted or warmed up!

The customer service could use some improvement. I was greeted by a rather quiet and unfriendly staff member, who didn't clearly acknowledge my order. Despite me asking multiple times, in a loud and clear voice, that I wanted to eat in, they still handed me a to-go bag. Voir le carte

This location is ONLY open if you use the drive thru! You can not go inside to order and eat your meal! What??? That's crazy! We went up to the door first and saw a small sign that said it is open through the drive up window. It was 100° out here and I'd like a cool place to eat my meal!

It feels like their service is declining! They ask you to pull up front and wait for your food, but they never bring it out! When you go inside, you just find the staff chatting with each other! I ordered nothing unusual, just a burger and fries. There's no reason I should have had to wait outside! They really need a new manager!

I haven 't been here for quite a while. Went thru the drive thru around 7:00pm Sunday. Waited a little bit to get the food. We did receive our order and everything was correct EXCEPT for the most important in fast food???? The condiments! I specifically asked the guy working if the sauce for Egg Rolls was in the bag and the Hot Sauce for the tacos. He said Yes they are on the bottom of the bag. Trusting him, I went home..gave the food to my family and get yelled at about why is there 'Avocado Lime Sauce for Egg Roll! ' AND only 1 for 2 orders. REALLY? and No Hot Sauce for tacos just some weird other sauce. So Disappointing!! You guys have 1 job to do..1 and get paid for it. And to top it off... Voir le carte
