the place was closed. I thought or knew that jack was open 24 hours in the box. the employee literally signaled that they were close. Crazy

They offer food that I really want to eat. I pay them, and they prepare the meal. I hand over the cash, and they give me the bag. But when I look inside, I notice they shortchanged me. I express my gratitude, and they respond positively. Overall, it's a decent way to start the day. Thanks, Jack's crew!

Our experience at the restaurant was quite frustrating. We had to repeat our order multiple times at the ordering box, and even after it was confirmed on the screen, we drove up to pay only to have to send the staff member back several times to complete our order.
