Jack's Donuts - Carte

Wonderful donuts but occasionally slow service that makes it difficult to stop by unless you have some time to spare.

I grew up with Jack in New Castle. Love the chocolate yeast donuts. Coffee is also very good. the help is always pleasant and conversational.

We always enjoy coming here to get donuts for the family! The donuts are so fresh and tasty with a huge selection. Be sure to get there early on the weekends as they can run out quick! Voir le carte

Lady at the counter extremely rude and seems annoyed that she has to be at work. Donuts all look like they are under or overproofed. Mediocre selection. Putting this on my never again list.

I went to Jack's Donuts around 7:15 to buy some donuts and coffee. It was my first time at Jack's Donuts, so I was unsure about their variety of donuts and coffee flavors. Unfortunately, the employee behind the counter was unfriendly and seemed disinterested in working there. While I was asking questions about the donuts and coffee, he answered a phone call and his attitude towards the caller made me decide to leave. I didn't want to support a business that treats customers poorly.

The place was excellent earlier on, but the selection becomes limited after 8:00. It's puzzling how they are open until 8:00 with only 2 flavors of donuts to choose from. During one visit, there were 4 racks of empty donuts despite the lack of customers. Another experience left me disappointed. The service did not meet expectations, and I was let down by the lack of variety. However, the drinks were good and the staff was okay. I was disheartened by the recent management changes and lack of adaptation. Update: I revisited the restaurant multiple times over the course of a few weeks and noticed a positive change. The inventory had improved, and I even witnessed the staff making fresh donuts...

I have been to a different Jack's Donuts before where they still had a good selection after 3pm, so I assumed this location would also be prepared for a special holiday. However, they were completely out of donuts and closing early. When I asked why they didn't make more, they simply said they did not expect to be so busy and the bakers were not available. We were disappointed to find the store completely closed and out of stock, and based on this experience, we will not be returning to this location. Their donuts are worth trying, but I would suggest visiting a different Jack's Donuts if possible. Many people have shared similar experiences with this particular location, and I believe the...
