"I usually love the food at Jack's Urban Eats, but this time I was really disappointed and surprised by my order. I got two steak salads, and when they arrived, the containers were only about a quarter full. The paper bag felt heavier than the salads themselves. Once we started eating and added dressing, we realized there were just a few crumbs along with tiny bits of cranberries and onions. It was honestly very disappointing. For $30, all we received was some spinach and three small strips of steak! This is completely unacceptable."

I ordered the BBQ brisket sandwich, and it was just mediocre. The BBQ sauce and fried onions overpowered everything else, making it reminiscent of a Carl's Jr. Western Bacon Cheeseburger. Unfortunately, the brisket itself lacked flavor. Save your $15 and opt for something different.

Food used to be better. I?ve had much better bagged salad from Safeway. They close too early (7:30) and rush you out not very customer centric. If you want to lock the doors at 7:45, close at 7 and let the diners finish or don?t open for dine in dinner. Just bad experience all around. Voir le carte

The mac and cheese at Jack's Urban Eats was truly delicious. The tri-tip was good, though not outstanding. However, the side vegetables were disappointing—the kale was overcooked, wilted, and stringy. The Urban Fries were tasty, but I wish the menu offered them with more cheese and a bit more spice.

Slowly not busy, afternoon took late lunch sandwich. Leave a lot to wish for its ambience, or vibe! Employees were more concerned about socialization, then into a customer. New customer. There is a bit too late for the opening, but perhaps it is lacking employees to cover any previous layers. It would do a great breakfast if they offered it. So there's not much too breakfast...W. Covell, Davis. I think it could be a big draw for this complex. If they were interested in making the trouble.
