I have only ever had snow Ice cream at Jaxs but it is always delicious and has been good for years!!! Great service too

Don’t go 6 minutes to closing with cash they will turn you away the stupidest thing in the world is when you could have made more for the owner but you turn people away

The shaved ice here is incredible! The Green Apple Snow topped with caramel and ice cream is simply the best! The staff at the window are always friendly, and it's both affordable and delicious.

Jax has great coffee and their chai teas are the best I've ever had.....and I even get sugar free ones now that I'm on a diet and still great. Snows have some great regular and sugar free flavors Voir le carte

The mocha I ordered at the drive-through was just slightly better than water in terms of flavor. I really hoped it would be good, but it fell short. The service was quick—probably too quick, and now I understand why. Save your $5.50 and spend it somewhere else.

I hate to say this but I think tonight was my last time ever going to Jax. They don’t take apple pay and the couldn’t manually enter a card when it’s almost 2023. It’s not a huge deal but what made it worse was the employee giving an attitude because we tried to pay that way. Not only that but he didn’t want to make a latte iced because he said it had to be blended. Going somewhere for coffee is supposed to be a luxury not a place where you are forced to have a blended drink and get judged for wanting to use Apple Pay.
