Jay's Famous Hot Dogs

Always have good hotdogs here. Once in a while I order the onion rings and jalapeno poppers too which are good.

Stopped here before work the girl in the window was very rude got 2 cheese dogs and an order of fried mushrooms. The mushrooms were still frozen in the middle. Won't stop back here.

Worst hot dog I ever ate. The chili sauce looked like it was reheated for a few days in a row. I love chili dogs, and I have got better ones at Speed way and there cheese comes out of a canister. Will never go back there again. One and done.

Your chili and ingredients are absolutely awful, and you've completely ruined Jay's Boardman! Thanks for destroying a tradition that has lasted over 50 years! Additionally, I noticed that most of the positive reviews for North Lima seem to actually be intended for the Boardman location.

My experience with the hot dogs was quite disappointing; they were overly greasy and felt almost overwhelming! The chili was unappetizing. I usually don’t write negative reviews, but this was my second attempt here, and it didn't improve. I recommend trying Jib Jab or New Brighton instead. Voir le carte

I really enjoy a good hotdog, and this place has some great ones. While passing through North Lima, I came across Jay's and decided to give it a try—what a great choice! I highly recommend the hotdog with chili and onions; it's a must-try. Pair it with a side of fresh-cut fries, and it makes for a fantastic lunch!

I called to speak with the manager, but as soon as I began to express my concerns, she interrupted me with denial and rudeness. I assured her that I wasn't looking for a refund, just wanted to make her aware of the subpar quality. Unfortunately, she hung up on me, displaying a remarkable lack of professionalism. In the end, both the fries and the half-eaten hotdog went to the birds—and occasionally to a nighttime skunk. I will not be returning to Jay's and cannot recommend it to anyone!

Just moved to the area and even though the reviews were give or take. I thought why not give it a shot. I ordered 11 chilli cheese dogs and one chilli cheese fry. I came home and there was only 10 hot dogs not a big deal just thought I would call and let them know so I could go pick up the one they forgot because I got food for my husband and his friend as well. The lady on the phone gave me Attitude and was practically saying I was lying about it. Not worth it for the poor customer service. Voir le carte
