From call in to pick up, this location's customer service is always top notch! Miguel and his team are very accommodating and communicative, my order is always correct and well packaged, and the partygoers love the food no matter how much I order there's never any leftovers. JCI has been in Houston for decades. I used to go to the downtown location as a child and took my children. Their Originals or Cheese Coneys are my favorites. Staff is fast and friendly.

Footlong ChilliCheese combo with tots and extra cheese onions and chilli on the side justttt for two was still the best tasting meal deal in town and the staff was so gracious polite and knowledgeable about everything on the menu! Voir le carte

This is the go-to place when you're craving a hot dog. Call me old fashioned, but I prefer the Original Coney all the way with lots of mustard. I used to prefer it with Gulden's spicy mustard, but unfortunately that's no longer available except in little cups on the side. Aside from that, we love coming here.Food: 5/5

Great food but very disappointed they closed every one inside the city of Houston in and out of loop .. town country, Westheimer,Shepard, Sam Houston Beltway, and Highway 6. There is no more anywhere near us. Grew up on James Coney Island since the 60’s and it’s a shame. Ordered from DoorDash and the food was horrid as it was cold, hard buns and chili and cheese cold and hard. Onion rings were soggy. BRING BACK THE JAMES CONEY ISLANDS WE ALL LOVED AND GREW UP IN THESE AREAS!
